The search for your next vacation rental ends here! Check out this beautiful, 5th floor, direct oceanfront vacation rental at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This oceanfront condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. As of spring 2023 this apartment has been completely updated! We could not be more excited to share these updates with you! To start the entire condo has been repainted with welcoming colors. The carpeting was removed and new LVP flooring was installed throughout!

In the main living space a new king bed frame and mattress were installed, as well as a new sofa that converts to a queen size bed, allowing this rental to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests! All new furniture was placed through out including a new dresser, table and chairs, coffee table, and a coffee bar area. Guests will love the private oceanfront balcony right off the main living space! This is the perfect spot for guests to enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out at the stunning views of the ocean!

Right off the main entrance guests will find the private bathroom! The bathroom features a new vanity and mirror as well as a new standing shower!

Making your way into the kitchen guests will love the new cabinets and shelving. This area also features a brand new one of a kind back splash as well as all new appliances which include a full size fridge, a stove and oven combo, a microwave, a large sink, and a coffee maker over in the new coffee bar area right off the kitchen. All dishes and basic kitchenware will be provided! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Due to guest feedback, we have recently lowered the cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

"Not a very nice stay have pictures to back this. Not clean broken stuff like toilet plugged up sink wouldn’t drain had to buy drano safe not working room not clean bad condo to stay in won’t be back."

"Wasn’t what I expected! The room was dirty and we had to clean before we did anything! I had to pay 15 dollars to get clean lien for a 4 day stay! They expected 4 people to use the same lien the whole time we where there! The hotel itself need to be remodeled! Wasn’t worth 200 a night more like 45!"

"Rented through VRBO and Coastline Beach Rentals. Room was missing items upon arrival. Sent proof of this and was told I was wrong. Room was not cleaned other than changing trash bags and partially wiping down surfaces. Sand all in floors, shower nasty with broken shower head and loose faucets, hot water went out on 3rd night there, mold in cabinets with pots and pans, cobwebs on lamb shades and sprinkler system, electrical socket loose and hanging out of wall, floor not vaccumed, cigarette burns on multiple pieces of furniture despite being listed as a non-smoking room and building as a whole. A complete trash of a place and Coastline will do nothing but blame you and try to say you are wrong. They stated they had four people check the room prior to my check in and no missing items, damages or lack of cleanliness was reported. I called by phone and emailed photos of the room within 30mins of check-in"

"About what we expected... definitely older and run down but not gross by any means. The view from the balcony is awesome. There are deinitely different parts of Myrtle Beach as you walk up and down the coast... this was in the more "run down" area and about 2 miles from the main attractions for Myrtle Beach but easy to walk to stuff."

"Great location on a beautiful spot on the beach with AMAZING ocean views! The information regarding age of the building is accurate but it wouldn't keep me from staying here again. I had a small issue with the building access cards not working and received a response and two new cards in just about twenty minutes - excellent response time in my opinion. I also received information and help from two separate security staff as well as late night check-in staff; everyone was very friendly and most helpful. The beds are fully sized, as indicated in the room information...keep that in mind when figuring in multiple guests and sharing beds."

"Oceanfront room with great views. We are avid beach goers and therefore did not use the pool amenities. While we read some disturbing reviews of the Sea Mist resort, this property is not managed by them and does not have the same issues. Finding the room can be difficult; it might be helpful to add in the descriptions or the emails that the room is in the Tides Building. (Maybe it was in the emails but we didn't see it). The building is roughly 50 years old, so don't expect brand new construction. But being this close to the ocean was all we wanted and we had a great time! Five stars overall except for the value."

It’s a little bit of a walk to where the attractions are and not very close to any restaurant that is open past 10pm in the slow season. "We loved it and would stay again. When we arrived the room was clean and the AC was on:) we dropped our bags and essentially walked right on to the beach. The balcony has a great view and is equipped with patio furniture which was awesome since it rained during our stay and we were still able to sit outside. We didn't make use of the kitchen but really appreciated that there was some cooking utensils and cutlery available to us. Our host coordinated our parking and allowed us to stay an extra 2 hours. No complaints here!"
