"Amazing clean condo with everything for a great vacation. Condo was well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.
The pool is huge and the pool bar was a plus. Really loved that you can have lunch by the pool.
The beach was beautiful loved the location of the condo. Was centrally located to all the major attractions.
Definitely would recommend this condo. Plan on coming back again and again."

"We have stayed at Masons for the last 11 years. We rented this unit for two weeks. The unit is in need of some upgrades. The furniture was nice but the bathroom was missing a door on the cabinet & the sink was backed up. Overall we had a great trip."

"Leaving check-in process to Security Guards can never go well. Too far to drive and 4pm is ridiculous to receive keys from VRBO. Security wouldn't allow me to park near front door to unload, there are no racks to help wheel your stuff to the room. I moved my truck to an open space. They made me move it and told me I couldn't park backwards. Ugghhh, not a good start. It was 4pm checkin and had been on the beach since 1. The next day i was reprimanded for not wearing a shirt coming off the beach with no shoes. Its the beach people. I dislike elevators and searched for a first floor unit so i can use the stairs. Nahhh, stairs are locked and you can only use them if you have a special key from unit owner. 3 days of the elevator and I was miserable. The unit was nice, clean, but the tile was coming a part from living area to showers. Bath sink didnt drain, at all. Great location but we knew that from staying in the area many years. Here's the bottom line - you need to know this is not a hotel, it is privately owned condos, and there are too many rules. This building is terrible for fun. Oh, and the pool is built on the northside and is shaded by 2pm. Who builds like that? Their pool is dead by 2pm and no one there. Will not come back if it's free. And there are many old and elderly living here. Keep looking - please."

"When we first got there the smell was horrible. I told the front desk with no one responding. I finally contacted the reality company. They sent there guy over. Also there was bugs. Sent them a photo of that. As of right now I wouldn’t recommend"

"This was a beautiful home with a view of the beach. The home was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked for cooking and eating inside. The building is secure with many amenities including a pool, restaurants and much more! I highly recommend this property!"

"The good news is that we had a maintenance issue. One of the bathroom sinks was completely stopped up and was full of water. After (unsuccessfully) trying to get the building's maintenance staff to fix it, they sent out a plumber who took care of the issue.

The bad news is that the lineup at 4: 00 pm Saturday for checking was well over an hour long. You'd REALLY THINK that some of this stuff could be done ahnead of time over the Internet. I had to sign multiple forms (even though I'd already signed multiple forms over the Internet). I had to present my credit card again (even though I'd already paid the full rental amount by the same credit card). Rather than wait in line for an hour or more, I just left and came back after 5: 00 pm, intending to pick up my keys from the lock box. Unfortunately, when you do that, you have to go back to the office on the next business day in order to sign stuff and present credit cards. This is a REALLY BIG negative that one has to go through unnecessarily at the conclusion of a long trip in order to even get to Myrtle Beach."

"The first condo we got did not live up to our expectations. Living room furniture that has had its day. a glitch happened, the air conditioning broke. we must specify that North Beach Realty reacted very quickly and transferred us to another condo which was impeccable. we had very good service. we recommence the second proprerty."

"The property was adequate. It would be helpful to have a notebook of information for renters. There was nothing in this unit for renters to access helpful information. The notebook should include the location of the trash receptacle on each floor, the weekly information regarding the hours for
dining/bar, tiki bar, pool rules/hours. A list of local restaurants with phone numbers and delivery service. Information regarding local television stations.
The beds were comfortable. There were tv’s in both bedrooms. It was nice to have access to Amazon Prime and Netflix on the tv’s. The recliner feature on the sofas was so nice! The seating on the patio was comfortable.
Our experience in this particular unit: The light in the shower area of the
bathroom was so dim that it was difficult to see while showering, one of the lights over the sink in the same bathroom blinked like a strobe light. In that same
bathroom, we saw a couple of small spiders. The artificial plant in that bathroom was very dusty.
We have rented another unit at Maison Sur Mer in the past. We enjoy the convenient location. This particular unit was adequate for us, but we felt that it would have been much better if the lighting in the shower bathroom had been addressed before we arrived and a notebook of information about the amenities offered at Maison Sur Mer had been available. Anytime we needed to know anything for on site amenities, we had to call the front desk."

"We've only been here for 5 days, so initial impressions:
1. North Beach Realty very professional. Booking, payment, information all very easy and informative. We love the location, the building is OK. We are a little disappointed in our unit. It is dated, and a little tired. Also not satisfied with the cleanliness. On the surface it looks clean, but when you live in it for a few days you notice lots of areas that have not been cleaned in months or years. eg., under furniture, edges and corners of tiles in bathroom, shower doors."

"I’ve stayed in this building many times. The furniture was very nice throughout. However, the bathrooms were not so great. The floors and showers areas could use a deep cleaning. The rugs in the bathrooms were old and ratty. Some outlets didn’t work and one was coming out of the wall. The front door had to be locked to keep it shut. In other words, if I wanted to go down the hall to dump trash I had to lock it because it would open up wide."

"We checked into our condo and it was absolutely filthy! We emailed the place that rented it to us and they could’ve cared less! They never even responded to us! My wife had to clean every room! The dishwasher was broken and we notified the proper people about that too and never got a response about that either! Ended up washing pots and pans all week and buying our own paper plates, cups and utensils! Absolutely ridiculous! My wife took pictures as soon as we checked in to document the dirtiness! We will not be staying there again! Would not recommend this rental to anyone...EVER!"

"This was our 5th time staying at Maisons and once again we were extremely pleased. This unit was our favorite so far! With Covid going on, when we weren't at the beach or pool, we spent alot of time in the condo and on the balcony. It was comfortable for our family of 6. The TV was great for watching family movies every night. It was nice they had sand toys and extra beach chairs to use. We ate in alot and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We also felt very safe during our stay. The pool and beach were not over crowded and we were pleased with the precautions Maisons is taking to keep everyone safe while there. We will definitely be staying at Maisons on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!"
