Summertime's Calling - it's "Beach Time". An Oceanfront 3 bedroom - 3 bath condo with spectacular views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Just a few steps down your private walkway to the beach, will quickly have your toes in the sand. As you walk into this cozy condo, this open living area floor plan presents immediate views of the rolling waves. First floor bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath shared with the first floor living space. This bedroom also has fantastic views of the marsh off the street side. Second floor, ocean side bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath. The upper open deck off of this bedroom offers ocean views that go on for miles and a great place to sun, read a good book or even better - nap. The third bedroom on the street side, second floor has two double beds with a private bath. Enjoy your days on the beach and then rinse away the sand in your outside shower.

"My brother, sister and I stayed in the condo for a sibling weekend and were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. and plenty of dishes and glassware. The ocean view from both upstairs and downstairs balcony was fantastic and the intercoastal waterway is visible from 2 of the bedrooms. All bedrooms are roomy and the beds are all very comfortable. We all would stay there again."

"Beach Time is in a great location and we loved being oceanfront. The location of the duplex, across from the ICW, makes the beach less crowded. It was quiet and we couldn’t hear the family beside us. Loved the outside grill. The inside was spacious and the layout was perfect for 3 couples. The only reason for the 4 stars, is that it could use some updating. We loved our stay and hope to be back!"

"We loved this house. We have been coming to Holden for years and have stayed in all different kinds of places. Although this is a duplex, sound was not an issue at all. The kitchen is fully functional as we cook almost all of our meals at home (fresh seafood). Beach access is very easy. It was just me, my wife and son, but this house would be perfect for several more people. The only maintenance issue that we had were some nails sticking up on the deck but we just borrowed a hammer from our neighbor and 5 minutes later the problem was solved. There are no houses on the waterway side of Ocean Boulevard so the views out the back are also great. We would definitely stay at this house again."
