"One of the best stays in our 41 years of visiting Holden. Highly recommend. Kitchen was well equipped with all the basics. Sharp knives and plenty of dinnerware, beds and furnishings were very comfortable. The starter care pkg of soap and TP was appreciated. Blinds would be a nice addition and bedside lamps in oceanfront bedroom."

"My husband and I brought our 4 small children, along with my mother, to Holden Beach for our vacation. Our rental was perfect! Ocean front, the 4 bunk beds in one room, a large downstairs bedroom for my mom (stairs are hard for her recent knee surgery) … all the basic necessities were there-coffee maker, blender, dishes etc. very comfortable space, lovely updated furnishings. The only thing I would change was that the bath linens were NOT included in the linen rentals, just bedding. I've stayed at tons of rentals over the years and done the linen rentals lots of times… first time that I recall bath towels not being included. Easy fix, just did shopping for the week at Walmart and picked some up (don't forget kitchen towels), just wish I would've looked for this detail earlier! It is clearly stated in the rental agreement. I can't wait to reserve again for next year, definitely one of my favorite rentals at the beach that I've come across! Excellent location on Holden Beach!"

"Was not clean! The counters and dining table were dirty and the floor was sandy. There was no way that it was swept. Not sure what cleaning was actually done prior to my arrival. Renters put their own bed linens on and remove. We remove all garbage and suppose to clean before we leave. Last tenants did a bad job I guess but does not excuse the house keeping that should have taken place before I “moved” in. Ceiling also had two active water leaks."

"The property is perfectly located on the beach front with direct access to the beach over a stairway - very nice location. The home was nicely redone and is comfortable, with great windows for sunlight and a nice deck to eat with the view of the ocean. Holden Beach is a peaceful, family friendly place, but beware of the Riptides in the ocean, not far offshore."

"Beautiful location, nice property unit, good intention by property management, by doing some remodeling. We understand "wear and tear" condition especially near ocean, but filthy dirty after previous tenants and we were exposed to cockroaches infestation!. By coming home leaving our belongings in storage unit for at least a week after 3000.00 bill for property. Anyone, please reassure me that its not a big deal and we pay for what we got."

"This house was the perfect fit for our family and met all our needs and then some. Beautiful decor and furnishings. The beds were top quality and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved not having to mess with keys. Although we loved how bright the house was, it would have been nice to have either blinds or darkening shades on the window near the dining room table. The outside furniture was great! We would definitely book this house again, and possible Fins to the Left as well for a bigger family trip. Thanks so much!"
