"This was the perfect house and location for our family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone, including three small children. The porches are great and with beautiful views. Easy walking distance to the beach and to the playground/splash pad. It is located on a quiet street and not crowded on the beach either. The kitchen is well stocked with a lot of storage. The beds and furniture are comfortable with lots of different places to hang out in the house. The air conditioner downstairs didn't keep things as cool as we thought it should and so we had to keep the blinds closed downstairs. But even with that small detail, our whole family decided they would love to come back each year to this house. Thank you for a wonderful week!"

"Loved this house for a long overdue family vacation! Beds were comfy with lots of pillows and blankets. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. Kitchen was well appointed with lots of dining space. The screened in porches were great however they could use more comfortable seating. It was hard to sit on the furniture out there for long to read or drink coffee. My only other complaint was a lack of one very simple amenity…bath mats. I've never stayed somewhere without them and we ended up having to use towels as bath mats. In general I would definitely stay at this house again."

"House was spacious and extremely clean. It was a quick walk to the beach so location was excellent. The only thing we noticed was the screens need to be fixed on the porch, in which we reported to Proactive upon arrival."
