(The main entrance to the condo is located in the back.) The public beach access is located just steps away providing long days on the beach. When you're done playing in the sand you and your family can splash in the large fenced in community pool. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for cooking all your favorite meals. Ceramic tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Tastefully updated with modern nautical décor, the open kitchen, dining & living areas provide a comfortable place to relax after a long day in the sun. "Shore Beats Work" sleeps 9 providing plenty of room for you and your family. This unit shares a community laundry room.

"The best feature was how close to the beach we were even having to cross the road. We also loved having the pool for the grandkids to swim. The improvements could be to clean up the outside area out of the kitchen door. There was no seating or privacy to sit outside in the morning and have a cup of coffee. The four chairs out near the driveway were very old and rusty. The condo sleeps 9, but only seats 6 for eating which was very inconvenient for meals! Even adding a small bar area with seats would be better. I loved how quiet and family oriented the area is and will definitely visit Holden beach again."

"Nice place! Very good access to the beach. This condo accommodates guests quite nicely. The island is beautiful and filled with nice friendly people. We got to see turtle nests and speak with individuals about them which was very interesting. Loved the vacation and will definitely be returning!"

"The condo was clean and the pool was loved by my family. The shared living room and kitchen was small for the number of people that can stay there. Had to share the washer and dryer with all 8 units so don't be expecting to be able to do a lot of laundry. Overall the experience was a positive and I would recommend this condo to others if they are ok with the small living room."

"I loved this little condo. It is right across from the beach and has a small community pool that you can share as well. The condo was in need of a couple upgrades including a toilet that was just not working at full speed.. The Kitchen is small but it worked for my family (7ppl)... we will most likely be back. Thank you for having us."
