"Our experience was descent but there were a couple things that was not working properly. The key cards did not work which was an inconvenient for the whole family because we only have one key working. There was mold in the walk in shower, there were things that’s broken like the blinds, the tub’s knob was broken. And we had an ocean front reservation but they gave us a unit that has a partial view in the ocean. But the overall unit is very spacious nice kitchen."

"The mgmt at all Palmetto is appalling! If you want to have a good time, don't use them. They didn't give us our keys at checkin, you have to drive an additional hour away to their office. Then keys didn't work...couldn't leave room for the first two days. Constant issue the entire time, as if it is our fault for paying them to give us keys. The room was not clean, but it was gorgeous. the owner was lovely and appalled as well by management, so I hear you can stay in this building without using Palmetto Vacation and it should be great! They inconvenienced us the entire time, and we're rude. The apologies weren't event that sincere, they didn't comp a night like they said they would. I could go on, but it's so irritating they ruined our one week vacation we get a year &xD83D;&xDE1E;"

"Nice location but the beds were not great. The bedroom without the attached bathroom had older mattresses and everyone had backaches daily. The kitchen was “ok” cleanliness wise. There was stuff on the counters and the dishwasher, so I had to clean that before using it. Otherwise, The unit was nice and I would go back."

"Location was perfect. Easy exit to the beach, grocery stores, and shopping. Although restricted because of covid it was enjoyable and relaxing. The building is very secure and being alone that was the perfect spot for me. The condo kitchen was well furnished and made my winter stay easy because of having to do more cooking. My only suggestion would be to have a larger TV in the living room."
