This beautiful 2bd/2ba, 4th floor condo is located directly across the street from the beach and has amazing views of the ocean. Unit has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Sleeps 6 with 1 queen, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa.

This condo is on the 4th floor (top floor) and the private balcony off of the living room faces the ocean and offers gorgeous views. "My only complaint was during our stay one of the maintenance men came into our room unannounced to clean AC filters. Being that none of us knew he was there, my girlfriend had just got out of shower and was naked walking to kitchen which he got to see. I never seen her run so fast. Everything else was pretty good with our stay besides that."

"There was construction going on at our building. The noise was loud and started very early in the morning. The construction crews took up most of the parking at our building, so we were forced to park in the overflow parking lot every night of our stay. Other than that, our stay was great. The room was perfect."

"We loved the location of our condo. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. Our condo could have been a little cleaner. The first thing we had to do was sweep and mop. However, there are/were big concerns for the safety of the stairs in this building. One side of the stairs in the building are certainly not up to code and are very steep and uneven. Even though there are signs warning you of steep stairs, it is hard to believe that these steps meet ADA codes. Very thankful that the elevator was working because I understand that recently there have been problems with the elevator. Being on the 4th floor, it would have been a nightmare trying to carry up luggage, supplies, etc. if the elevator was not working. But overall, we had a good experience."

"The rental was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is right across the street from the beach. View from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy, loved that it had 2 bathrooms which made getting ready much easier for our family. The elevator was broken during our stay, but we were informed before arrival and we were given a discount since it was not fixed while we were there. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again."

"The place was nice but the cleaning services didn’t do a good job prior to us arriving. I ended up sweeping before we unpacked and filled up the entire shark sweeper with everything that was missed. Also gave my kids baths and was thinking they would enjoy the whirlpool tub but when I turned it on with them in it. Black mold came shooting out. So I ended up giving my 1 & 2 year olds two baths that night. Then mid week I noticed that there was mold coming out of two of the vents in the living room. Didn’t mention it to my pregnant wife because I know that hassle it would be if we had to relocate. Mentioned it to the rental company the day before checking out so it could be address for the next tenant but I don’t believe anything was done. Also the pool area was an electrical nightmare with little ones. Also was unable to lock the patio sliding door which I forgot to mention to maintenance which kept my wife worrying about my 2 year old and his love to climb now and it being on the 4th floor... It was just a bad experience. Sorry tried to be positive but I will not be back."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The view off the balcony was amazing. Could see the ocean and the street activity. Everything was close by in walking distance. Restaurants, bars, stores etc.... The room was clean and had everything we needed to cook with. Plenty of towels. Quiet. The only complaints were there was only one luggage cart for the whole building. There was a huge concern about all the wiring for the the building not contained. Especially the ones right next to the pool area that a kid could grab or pull on. Even though I didn't have small children I felt it was extremely unsafe. It looked scary to me and I was afraid to go near the pool. They should be boxed in somehow making it safer plus more appealing."
