Open floor plan on the top level which will allow you to enjoy quality time and meals with friends and family. Contains a spacious dining and living area with a decorative fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a queen master bedroom with a private bath. Furnished screened-in porch area, accessible from the great room on the top level, available for beautiful sunrises with a pool overlook.

All queen bedrooms have private deck access. Great room and all bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs streaming w/ Roku. Sign in to all of your favorite accounts easily and securely with our high-speed internet. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the top deck that offers ample seating for your friends and family.

On the ground/entry level, you will find a laundry room, a 10 x 20 private in-ground pool with a fenced-in lounge and seating area, a hot tub, outside shower, basketball goal, park-style charcoal grill, porch swing, horseshoe pit, and fish cleaning table w/ sink!
Families: We have a pack n' play and a high chair available. This beach home is perfect for multiple families with 2 master bedrooms. Nonsmoking. RVs, campers, trailers, or golf carts are not permitted at this property.

We were traveling with three generations - ages 4 - 69, and everyone loved the house, the pool, and the stroll to the beach (couldn't be easier!). So many thoughtful details - drawers and drawers of board games, booster seat, tons of books, laundry baskets, a selection of pool/beach toys. .. felt like it was OUR beach house! Needed service once during the week, and the maintenance folks were FAST, super friendly, and very professional. The kids are begging to return - not just to the outer banks, but to the beached buffalo. Thanks for having us!"

We love how how close it is to Timbuck II, food lion, and of course light house bagels. House was very affordable and perfect for families on a budget. Wonderful pool and hot tub. The lock to the pool wasn't working so I called and Shoreline OBX came out the next morning and fixed it. Thank you again for another year of wonderful memories."

"Our family enjoyed the house we stayed in. It was clean cozy and was a great place to relax for our vacation. The kids loved the pool, horse shoes and basket ball net. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the many balconies to relax on while still being able to keep and eye on the kids. We all loved the close proximity to the beach. The house came fully stocked with board games, more kitchen gadgets that we expected, which was fantastic. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on vacation."

"While the house suited our needs, there were a few things that were disappointing. The biggest thing, the house was dirty. I didn't feel the cleaning crew did a very good job cleaning it. Windows had marks on them, the kitchen wasn't that clean. The bathroom in the second floor master bedroom had a big black spot of something by the shower. I understand the time crunch to turn these houses around in the summer months, but we all pay a lot of money and would hope time is taken to clean these houses thoroughly. Another minor thing was in the kitchen. The house advertises it can sleep 12, but there were only 10 forks. Minor, but inconvenient. Probably wouldn't rent this again without major upgrades."

"This property could use a few minor updates, but it’s overall very nice. It was a little snug with 12 people, and while the pool was a fine size for the kids, note that it is on the smaller side. The proximity to the beach is spectacular. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommended for beach lovers!"

"Amazing House Perfect Location Awesome Family Vacation House – This was my first time visiting the Outer Banks, and the house and OBX did not disappoint. We had 7 adults, 4 children and 3 babies, and accommodations were perfect for my family. We enjoyed all meals around the large dining table, and having it open to the family room was a bonus. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed (even a griddle for pancakes), so cooking large meals was a breeze. The queen bedrooms all had access to the balcony, which made for great quiet time and coffee in the mornings. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, and the grill was enjoyable for backyard cooking poolside. Each bedroom and family room had smart TVs so it was easy to access streaming accounts (even though you won't want to watch much tv). Location – The neighborhood was very quiet and family friendly. You can't park on the street, but there was plenty of room in the driveway for multiple cars. The grocery store and shopping center were less than a mile away from the house, which was convenient since we made several trips there. The walk to the beach was just down the block, and made it easy to run back to the house if needed."

"The house had everything we needed for a successful vacation. The location was super convenient. It was just one block away from the beach, and a short drive to the Food Lion for last minute grocery runs, which we did often. My favorite features of the house were the hot tub and the outdoor shower. I must have spent every night in the hot tub, and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off the sand and saltwater from the beach. I really appreciated that it was heated too. The pool was small, probably good enough for children, but just enough room to stand around in for adults. As for the interior, The rooms were spacious and the bathroom showers had great water pressure. The beds were alright at first, but my back was not particularly happy after the week. The main living space was great to hang out in all together. The wifi was fast enough to stream movies, but was a little slow with a lot of users. We had a couple guests trying to "work from home" from the house, and their video calls got a bit laggy. Overall, had a great experience. I would definitely recommend."

"For the price we paid, we felt the home could have been in better shape. Bathrooms were small and a little dirty, as well as a wide gap between the floor and vanity/sink area that clearly needs to be fixed, the management company was quick to come and help fix the TV, however, the Dryer was not working and they said it would take some time to fix, but never got fixed. Location is great with easy access to the beach, however, I would not be excited to say in the home itself again."

"We stayed here June 12th thru the 19th 2021. The house has a great location and short walk to the beach. We sent them pictures of some stuff that was broken and was damaged right away and they were quick to offer to send someone out to fix it but we said no need just wanted them to not think it was us. Management was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed out stay with our dogs and loved the beach."

"This property was perfect and met our needs. It was clean. Right amount of space. Great location. Well stocked. Everyone loved it. The hiccup was the property management company. We had no bed linens or towels upon arrival. When communicating with the company, they said all were there and to look in the closets. Which we had already done. Once convinced that we did not have the items, the sheets and towels were delivered. The folks who delivered were so nice. Also, I asked manager if gas grill was there. I was told yes. There isn't one. Also, there is no tiki bar or dart board. Nevertheless, the property itself was great. We would stay again."

"What a fantastic place, super close to the beach - even the little kids were able to walk there in just a couple minutes. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies, the hot tub and pool were in great shape and we enjoyed sitting on the balconies and deck. One drain was running slow so we contacted maintenance; they came out promptly and were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend without hesitation and will be booking here in the future! Excellent location and beautiful house."

"This is our 2nd year in a row in this house. It has been the perfect house for us. We particularly love the pool and hot tub, as well as the close location to the beach. The house was clean and newly painted with new couches. The beds are comfortable. The sheets provided were too small for the bed and kept coming off, which was very annoying. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful time at the house. The house was in good shape overall and was very well maintained outside. It’s conveniently located just 250 steps (via FitBit) away from the beach. It’s less than a half mile away from shops. The only issues we had all week was Saturday night. The “Rent A Cop”’ security firm hired by the community gave us and 45 other renters “citations“ for having trailers in the driveway. Apparently, there is a new bylaw within the Ocean Sands community which prohibits trailers being stored on the property. We checked with our realtor, as well as other realtors and no one seem aware of the rules. As such, we kept it parked out of the way and had no further issues the remainder of the week. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great time at the beach. The house is much like it is described and so close to the beach. They neighborhood had tons of dogs and was fairly quiet. We loved the pool and hot tub. There were some minor issues, namely the vacuums were not emptied for several stays before us and I had to pull out a ton of hair and dirt. Overall though, it was a good spot for a family vacation and the house has ample space to stretch out."

"We loved the house and the location. It was only steps from the beach! The layout of the house was very spacious and perfect for a large group. The house was very clean, furniture was comfortable, and we loved having the pool and hot tub. Hot tub needs a new cover, but other than that, no complaints. The black lining flecks off and falls into hot tub. We wound up leaving it off, which meant we kept having to add water, but it wasn't worth having to clean it out constantly. One other issue was the man from shoreline who was quite rude to us when we pulled up in the morning just to look at the house. Also, lawn was not mowed and was overgrown, but that is minor, and not the owner's fault. Overall, we loved the house enough to book it again for next year."

The house has good space and is wonderful for one or two families sharing their vacation. My only complaint was the cleaning service but the realtor had someone out the next day I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys a quiet space & close to the beach"

"This house is a very short walk to the beach. The house itself was ok. the pool was very small so when the kids were in it there really wasnt much room but it worked out. I liked the close proximity to all the stores. We rented the teens bikes and was a quick and safe ride to the DQ and Superwings. I wouldve liked more comfortable deck furniture but all in all we really enjoyed this vacation."

"Overall, it was a good week away. We were pretty much at the "max" in this house - 8 adults and 3 children under 5 years - it felt cozy on the mid level, but OK on the upper living level. The house is close to the beach access path, it has a screened in porch, hot tub, very small pool, nice, new SS appliances, new windows, new siding, and newer televisions in each room. The management company was very responsive to some minor issues we had, and the check-in and check-out procedures were easy. The location is close to shopping and restaurants."
