Evenings can be spent in the large hot tub/lap tub (you control the temperature) on the back deck enjoying glorious sunsets. This lovely home is in the perfect location to walk to or take a short drive to check out our fabulous local restaurants, shops, and attractions!

Level 3: The top-level great room is huge with lovely ocean views, top-of-the-line furnishings and decor, and a big-screen TV! The gourmet kitchen has everything needed for large family meals that can be enjoyed inside or out. The screened porch offers seating and plenty of room for everyone!

Level 2: The mid-level offers two king oceanfront master suites with sliders to the oceanfront deck, a bedroom with a king and a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a single bed that shares a hall bathroom.

Level 1: The ground level offers not one but two separate game areas! The larger one has a kitchenette, pool table, foosball table, and big screen TV with a door leading out to the back deck with the Hot Tub and fenced-in yard. The 2nd smaller game room that is separated from the larger one has a queen sleeper sofa and large screen TV! This room is perfect for kiddos and teens!

There are 7 TVs total, a Gas Grill, an Outside Shower, High-speed wireless internet, and much more!

"This is a very beautiful up to date home. The living area is spacious and the porches provide great views and comfort. The bottom level has great game options for all ages. The smaller gaming room can easily be used as a 5th bedroom if needed."

"The house was very neat and clean. Layout was nice. With little to absorb sound it is a loud house. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub. It caused a sore/infection on my arm day one. It could have been a bite of some sort but required topical and oral steroids. The cover on that hot tub was a real pain to remove or replace. It almost took the fun out of having a hot tub and I have owned and rented many. And, the controls on the tub were always acting crazy. The other main negative with the house (Neighbors; see below) was the lack of sufficient cooking pots/pans. The house has plates, cups, silverware for like twenty people. But, good luck making a big beach vacation pasta and meatball meal for 12 people with the pots and pans available. We also rented a small traditional 3BR oceanfront near the pier the same week that had more pots/pans. This is an easy fix. Hot tub definitely should be replaced. The Shoreline Agency was really great. We have rented from Ocracoke to 4x4 the last 25 years. That includes so many agencies. They maintenance person who had to come twice was just great. They were fast and responsive. I would pick them again next year when I will be looking for a single large oceanfront. KDH is not my style but that little pier front cabin has the best 4th of July fireworks. Our neighbors to the left (Facing the ocean) were a pain from day one when several police car showed up and again on the 4th of July playing corn hole on the porch after one am and screaming. The first night I think there was a flash type mob of kids who showed up on bikes, roller skates, etc. while the adults slept and then fought on the side walk after the police left."

"The house is bigger than it appears in the photos. It’s modern & tastefully furnished. There was plenty of space for our group: 3 families of 3, each with babies under 2. The beach is a short 7 min walk or 2 min drive away. We had no problem finding parking at the beach access everyday. The only complaint is the house wasn’t as clean as we’d have liked. Floor could use a sweep at least, and a deep clean would be even better. The bathrooms need another towel rack & a hook behind the door. Otherwise, great house & great stay!"

"The newly renovated home was clean and was great for our three family trip. The kids enjoyed the lap pool and outdoor speakers. The large table was perfect for our family meals. A short one block drive to the beach was convenient. Some shade for the back yes would have been nice as well as more comfortable beds. The location was perfect to so many sites and stores."

"In the middle of all of your favorite stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. This house is new and still feels like we were the first ones staying in it. Kitchen was well stocked with great appliances (gas stove was a plus). A TV in every room, so nobody was without their favorite show during downtime. Walk to the beach was not bad at all."

"Everyone loved the game room, especially the machine with all the old fashioned games like Pac Man. The hot tub was also a favorite with all. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and the ocean view made the stay enjoyable. Walking to public beach access could be hot on some days. The big dining room table and lots of dishware and cooking vessels was appreciated. Kitchen was great."

"Thank you for a fabulous stay! Our family wanted a beach getaway and had never been to OBX- and this beach house was just perfect for a gathering of 8 - 4 adults and 4 teens together! Great location near the public beach access! House is still newer and well furnished. Kitchen has all the necessities to cook family meals (which due to staffing shortages at restaurants is now a MUST). Just hit up Grandy's farmers market and the Publix and get your Paula Deen on in that kitchen! Loved the separate levels & even a workspace for when I had to get some office work in. Great porches and yard with mini pool for relaxing. I'm already missing the sea foam latte from Morningview coffee house! Thank you Shoreline rentals! Highly recommend!"

There are three levels with a lot of stairs, for those that have issues with stairs, you may want to reconsider it. We loved all the patios and the large hot tub.
