On the ground level, you will find the game room, kitchenette, and bedroom with 2 bunk beds, as well as a queen master bedroom. The mid-level offers a king master, queen master, and twin master. On the top level, you have the beautiful great room, kitchen, dining area, and another king master! There is even a "reading nook" at the very top of the house with superb views and light! Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not a functioning fireplace. Bed and bath linens are provided! No smoking, please.

"The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lots of space for 3 couples and 4 teens to spend time together or spread out. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking tools, serving platters, glassware, 2 automatic drip coffee pots, etc. No spices-bring your own. Games, puzzles and cards were available. The elevator was useful for bringing groceries to the top level kitchen but difficult to use so we ended up not using it most of the week. Bring your own beach towels. The pool is small but we really enjoyed it and the hot tub. Outdoor sound system for music was useful. Neighbors are close but we had no problems with that. Lots of seating in the yard but no shade. We brought a 12’x12’ shade canopy and set it up in the yard for the week. It is a quick walk to the beach. The house had 6 beach chairs and two umbrellas and some children’s toys available. The house is the third one in from the road perpendicular to the beach. We could see the ocean from the top deck. The credit toward renting beach/recreation items was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the tennis court and biking in the neighborhood. A wonderful place for a family to enjoy the Outer Banks. Would recommend the house and return in the future."

"The house was bright and spacious. We kitchen was very well organized and stocked with all of the items that we needed to make cooking for our family a breeze. One area of improvement would be the cleaning service. The floors in the kitchen/main living area, stove and shower glass doors were dirty. When we were leaving, the cleaning person arrived 1.5 hours prior to our check out time and waited in the driveway, which made us feel rushed leaving."

The steps over the dunes are way too much to handle carrying coolers, kids and beach chairs. No shade in the pool area nor are there any umbrellas"

View of the ocean from the top deck was better than expected, however, this may become limited once a nearby home is fully constructed. Had a minor maintenance issue which was resolved very quickly with a tech visit. Shoreline Realty was very good to work with-customer service oriented during our stay. Would rec!"

The access to the community pool was a great choice on one day when the wind and waves were a little too strong for our little ones (and big ones too). Traffic getting on and off the island was an adventure, but we expected that. This location was nicely removed from highway 12. That was a plus."

The elevator was extremely helpful when unloading, especially for our older parents. Pool heat was a special treat, especially since it was early May and still chilly. And a great location, so close to two grocery stores, Duck Donuts, wild horse beach, lighthouse and shopping in Duck. A few good restaurants nearby. Walking and biking paths. It was an amazing two weeks!"

"We loved the house and your service. Especially appreciated all the info on how obx was managing the virus. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable. Just fyi for future guests: We did an $800 food pick up at the Harris teeter in kill devil hills. We were very pleased. In the future be sure to change the house description because of the building going on next door. It was annoying to hear the construction while on the deck. We'll definitely contact you for a 2021 rental. Do you have any 6 bedroom houses that are oceanfront with a pool? Stay well and thanks again for your advice and service."

"We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. Plenty of space for our family of 10 and 2 dogs. Close to the beach, a heated pool, and a hot tub! It was a perfect fit! Lots of seating space for everyone to eat and the kitchen was a nice size which made meal times enjoyable. Kitchen was well stocked with basic spices and plenty of dishes and cups. Only downside was there was no good pans for making pancakes. Bedrooms are generously sized and rental included linens. If you are traveling during the cool months, bring blankets as we found there weren't enough for everyone. The elevator was a big plus when taking up luggage and groceries! Very kid friendly home. Would definitely visit again!"

"Been vacationing 35 years in the OBX, and this is best house we have ever stayed in! Perfect location, lacking for nothing in the way of amenities, fine furnishings, and lots of puzzles and games for a rainy day. If you love the beach, this house can't be beat. There's never a bad day in the Outer Banks! Just wish it was Sunday to Sunday. But if they build that new bridge, it will take a lot of time off the Saturday drive."

"Wonderful week, great house. House was clean, kitchen well equipped, appliances in good working order. Elevator worked well, used for handicapped person. Pool clean, outside shower, house was ready when promised. Loved the house, had everything we needed. Wish that the house was available from Sunday to Sunday. Left CT on Friday, drive down was not bad, stayed at a hotel. Drive home was a nightmare. One family left at 4 am & Drive was not bad-10 hours, other 3 families left between 5: 30 & 7: 30-took 10 hours to get to Hoboken & 12 hours to get to CT. Only complaint is on Saturday after 5 pm, we did not call for problem with the elevator. Kids were playing on the lowest level, repairman came in without knocking to fix the elevator, one kid asked if he should go get a parent, repairmen said no. Looked at the elevator & left. Called the management company & they were able to confirm it was a legitimate repairmen. Scary, very unprofessional to enter a home like that, see only kids under the age of 9, enter without knocking & not make their presence known to an adult. This was the only flaw in an absolutely wonderful stay."

The house and pool were smaller then i expected. elevator very convenient Dinner was tight at times. but the location was great the house was really nice and it had most of what we wanted. Steps to get to the beach was a chore! Some small suggestions Needs a garbage disposal, wifi was awful needs improvement. instead of a pool table, a play room/teen room with games and a couch would be better used. THe house did have a good sound system for the tv and music. very clean and nicely furnished."

"Having been from “the burgh” and as alum of PSU now living in Philly, we felt at home with the Steelers, Eagles and Nittany Lions items in the house. Cmments: The Good: •The house is large - plenty of space for our extended family – the layout of the home was well thought-out minimizing noise between floors. •First time we have rented a vacation home with a full bath with every bedroom. •TV in every room. •Kitchen is fully equipped – tons of silverware, glasses, mugs, etc. as well as a full set of appliances. Some spices and supplies were there, probably left by past renters. •Having linens and bath towels provided is a plus. •The pool & hot tub - well used by the kids. •Elevator - great for getting all the luggage and groceries to the higher floors. •View - direct view of ocean over the dunes from side of house – fantastic! •5 min. to shopping. •Outdoor shower. The other: •Some of the kitchen cooking utensils need replaced (also non-stick frying and sauce pans). •Paper products - nice to have start-up TP and paper towels for six bathrooms and kitchen (rental agency thankfully provided a starter bag with a few items). •While the pictures may imply pathway access to beach over the dunes, actual access is via boardwalk and stairs a few lots away - total is much more than seventy steps. The dunes are tall so bring a pack mule to haul your beach stuff up over the stairs. •The pool is on the small side but adequate for young kids. Other other: •Arrival on change over days - be prepared for a long 17 mile trip from the intersection of 12 and 158. Traffic starts in the AM and lasts all day. We averaged 4-5 mph and decided to stop for dinner when we finally reached Duck. We had no traffic problems on departure. •Ocean fishing is very slow in August. Get a tide schedule on-line or from one of the local tackle shops. •Local lake is catch & release. While stocked with bass (saw only 1 caught all week)"
