Expanded in 2022, our guests enjoy an open, bright, cheerful great room and kitchen and a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Multiple levels of decking showcase ocean views to the east and sunsets to the west. The house boasts a new 15x35 pool (heating available) with a full-width splash/lounge pad and a spacious pool deck including a new hot tub. Many new upgrades include dual tankless hot water heaters, individual temperature controls for 3 new bedrooms, a new upstairs refrigerator, high-speed WiFi with a mesh router system, and a spacious outside shower. Once you walk into the home you'll discover it is well-decorated, well-cared for, and with pride of ownership throughout.

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee Internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hot spot or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the Internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
