You're just 2 blocks from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

"House was in excellent location, a short walk to the beach! House was very clean and comfortable! The sun room was our favorite room! The house was well stocked and has all the beach accessories you need- chairs, toys, wagon, boards. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. The leather couch was very comfy! The back deck was wonderful and it was so close to shopping and restaurants, but away from the noise! Perfect location! Thank you for letting us stay! We will be back!"

"We absolutely adored this home. Plenty of space for us and our 4 kids. The home was equipped with everything a person would need for a beach getaway. The only thing I would say could have been better was the beds. They were uncomfortable but not intolerable! Could use an upgrade. But otherwise, we were completely content."

"We had a pleasant stay in Gulf Shore's. The only issue with the house was the front door combination lock and door. Multiple times we were locked out and had to redo the combination. We called the emergency number and they had to over ride the code for us. It had been mentioned in an e-mail to us about this issue. Would help if they would fix the problem."

"Only complaint the half bath is not air condition. Maybe update the listing. Stating the half bath isn’t in the main house it’s below it in a storage/ laundry area. Enjoyed the stay! I would stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay it was two blocks across from the main beach and we could bike everywhere. I would rate this mainly on convenience and we got a great price for our stay so worth the money. The only cons is the bikes are really old and rusty and the outdoor shower had no pressure but we used the water hose instead for showing the sand off. the house was very strong smelling with cleaner for the first two days from prior maid service. The beds didn’t feel the best and my husband got snake bitten by a snake that was hiding on the stairs (non poison) overall we enjoyed it. We would stay again."

"We loved the house, which was fully stocked - detail oriented. Location was perfect; quiet and walking distance to beach. The Shrimp Festival was going on too (which was a bonus!) We were close enough to walk to it. Not having to drive is always a good thing for us. Loved it!"

"This was a cute little bungalow. It had everything we needed. We would think How cool if we could bike around. Oh! there they are. Wish we had some beach chairs (pricey). Oh there they are and a small umbrella. Oh look beach toys. There's a grill, oh and Charcoal. It was like rubbing a lamp. Don't they are all electric. The beds were really hard, so I finally found a spot to complain. Couch is really soft so... Also don't forget your check out like we did: 0. Thanks Brad;)"

"A hidden Gem is exactly what La Conchita is! I know views are peoples main go to, but I just enjoyed the quiet time with the family when we weren’t on the beach! The area was very walking friendly so, we just packed up our wagon and walked to the beach access. Our kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans allowing for us to skip the restaurant wait times and enjoy meals where we could hear each other talk! Let’s not forget to mention how you’re right at the heart of Gulf Shores, but the neighborhood is so quiet! No upstairs neighbors to wake the kids, or downstairs for my kids to wake! Thank you to the owners and Beach Getaways for allowing our family to make memories!"
