This 3-bedroom 2-bath condo is bright and beachy and will make an incredible getaway for your family. 14I sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably and is just minutes from the Gulf waters.

Enjoy relaxing in the living area that opens onto the dining area and kitchen. Gather for family meals at the table that seats 6 and there are also 3 stools at the kitchen peninsula. Enjoy the views, Florida sunshine, and your morning coffee from the third-floor balcony. You can access the balcony from the main living area and the master suite.

The master suite features a king bed and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. These bedrooms share the full hallway bathroom. For your convenience there is a stacked washer and dryer in the unit.

Come enjoy this family-friendly affordable complex on the north side of 30A ... it's within easy walking distance to our famous emerald waters. The perfect location for a 30A rental. There is no shortage of amenities with 2 pools, shuffleboard, tennis, and community charcoal grills. After a day of relaxing on the beach, stroll along the many paths leading to the peaceful courtyards and lush landscaping. Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking or biking distance. The 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right outside the complex.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

"The location is great. Walking distance to the beach. Nice restaurants and shopping. The unit is nice and spacious. I would stay again, however the unit needs more towels. We only had 4 towels, which is enough for 4 people, but you should always have extra towels on hand. There were no kitchen towels at all to dry your hands or to dry dishes. The dryer sounds like it's about to go out making loud screeching noise. Overall it is a nice place to stay."

"Property was nice and perfect for our group. Love that it was a short walk to the beach. Considering it was managed by a big property mgmt company I would’ve expected it to be a little cleaner. There were bugs found and grime/mildew around the sinks faucet. And since we were expected to take the trash out before we left it would’ve nice to have more than one trash bag for our entire stay."

I didn't have any issues to need to contact the company, but they ensured that if I did ever have a need the contact information was at my fingertips. I have no doubt that they would have immediately addressed any concern that may have arisen by the nearly daily emails and text messages they sent to make sure my stay was as pleasant as could be."

"It’s a nice little condo, a little outdated and had a few issues. I will say it did it’s job and overall our stay was nice. There’s just a few things I didn’t see in the description that would have been helpful. 1. It’s the very rear condo if you’re looking on the maps. So the walk to the beach was a little more than intended. We timed it at 12 mins so not terrible. 2. it’s on the 3rd floor. From the pictures I thought they were all two story condos but the two rear condos at least are 3 story. During the stay it wasn’t that big of a deal but arrival and departure was a little tougher. 3. The “beach access” is more of a public access and due to the private condos on both sides it’s literally around 60 feet wide where you can put your stuff unless you walk 200 feet to the East. Both were pretty packed, which was aggravating being both private condos didn’t have a soul on them. This was probably my dealbreaker as for my family not staying here again. If you’re going to just enjoy 30A it’s not a bad spot as there’s good food and things nearby and it’s kind of centered to go one way or the other. The two pools were nice and weren’t crowded, and being next to that Tom Thumb was a lifesaver.

"This is our second time staying in this same room. It is very clean and located close to everything. There is a great place to walk, run and bike. Small shops are nearby. It has two pools on the property and is in walking distance of the beach. Definitely recomend !"

"I will never stay here again. The place was not nice nor clean enough. It was outdated, particularly the kitchen where the cabinets were old and chipping away. It is such a long walk to the beach carrying all of your beach supplies, and then 3 flights of stairs. Garrett Realty did alot better taking care of condos and homes in the area than Benchmark."

"Condo was a little dated but clean and had everything we needed. Location close to the beach - easy to walk to with a 6 year old. Walk to several restaurants and Tom Thumb. Pool was small but nice. Walk up to the third floor was no problem for us but might be difficult if you have babies or toddlers. It’s only 2 flights of stairs so easy for adults and older kids. Overall we had a great stay."
