"Surfside Shores offers a serene retreat, with its low-density condominium featuring 200 feet of exclusive white sandy beach, two large heated beachside pools, and two kiddie pools. This quiet, family-friendly complex ensures on-site parking and round-the-clock security.
Guests can conveniently rent beach chairs and umbrellas, partake in thrilling activities like parasailing and jet-skis, or simply unwind on ample poolside chairs and chaise lounges. The complex boasts well-maintained restrooms and vending machines. Additionally, a beautifully landscaped area featuring a BBQ zone and open grassy spaces caters to various recreational activities including Frisbee, flag football, and children's play. Perfectly situated just one mile from the AL Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd intersection, it offers easy access to major shops, restaurants, The Hangout, The Pink Pony, and other attractions.
The condo welcomes you with a beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit featuring two entrances to a splendid balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The updated and fully equipped kitchen, along with tasteful décor, sets the stage. The living room provides a sleeper sofa and two plush recliners to indulge in the large flat-screen TV. The master suite offers balcony access, a brand-new king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private entry to the bathroom. The guest suite, equally well-appointed, showcases a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an elegantly updated private bath.

Reservations for the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 parking passes for up to 2 cars. Linens are provided; however, kindly bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property and are required to provide photo ID at check-in. Smoking is prohibited, and pets are not permitted.
Feel free to inquire about monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February!"

"To begin with did not give good instructions on floor location. Room had no extra toilet paper for a 4 night stay. Turned in keys to man at the office and he never said thank you nor did you enjoy your stay? I get calls 3 hours after I left by office telling me I had not signed the rental agreement which I was told the same thing Sunday when I checked in. She then printed a rental agreement and I signed. Then on Thursday calling me saying I had not signed one I told them the story then she said okay. I get another call 5 minutes later from another lady asking for the keys which I left at 9: 30 to a man in the office. Described the guy and vehicle he walked out and got into. She was very rude. Will Never stay with Poole and Associates again. Not friendly management at all."
"Didn't like having to go to another location for keys. need code doors so don't have to go somewhere else to get and drop off keys. also so don't have to keep up with keys. Other than that nice."

"The condo was great! Just the right size for our family of five. It was clean and had everything you'd need for cooking. The views were amazing! Our favorite part of our trip was watching the dolphins. We will definitely come back again!"
"For the price, this place was awesome. View of the beach and the moon was beautiful from the outdoor balcony. The condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked (though you need to bring your own storage containers/foil/plastic wrap). The A/C, wireless, water pressure were all great. Beds were comfortable, though the pull out couch bed was not. Who really expects those to be, though. The only downside was the light and noise coming in from the outside walkway. Room darkening curtains or shades would be helpful in the bedroom on that side. Earplugs took care of the noise. It would also help to have instructions on trash disposal since there is no onsite management to ask (fyi, there is a trash chute at the end of each floor). Bring your own beach chairs unless you want to rent some. We had a fabulous family vacation and would definitely stay here again!"
"Such a great last minute get away! I was hesitant to rent after reading previous reviews yet everything turned out perfect The condo was newly renovated with trendy styles and the view was amazing! Perfect fit for our little family, however, the bathrooms and kitchen were a tight fit so only person cooking or getting ready at a time... We look forward to going back and would stay here again."

"Our stay was excellent! Could not have asked for a better Unit. It was just steps from the beach and the heated pool was a plus for this time of year. The entire complex was extremely clean - even the restrooms in the pool area. Security walked the grounds regularly which made me feel more comfortable. WIFI worked like a charm with no lags. TV in living room was HUGE. I didn't care for the balcony chairs but since we were so close to the water we didn't do much sitting on the balcony. I also liked the area - because that area is mostly condos there was not a lot of foot traffic, quiet and peaceful. We also rented Beach chairs and that place was really nice and responsive. Will DEFINITELY Stay again! Thanks so much!"
