"We had a nice time at Floridays. It was in good condition and was just adorable. Perfect size for my family of 4 and two small pups.
It’s located towards the back of the property so the car traffic is light. There was a lot of construction around us and they started before 8, so that wasn’t very enjoyable but there isn’t much to be done until the houses are all built. There isn’t any beach gear at this house so be aware of that. The carpets needed a cleaning as well as the rugs and the doors to the balconies were hard to open, but other than that the house was in good shape and was decorated nicely.
We walked to the beach every day and it was not bad at all. I heard the wait for the trams can take a while and they seemed opposed to people hopping on even if there was room.
The property/division this house is located is pretty large and it gets busy, so if you are looking for a quiet, sleepy experience this is probably not the best fit. The streets are quaint and super “beachy” and the pool area is very nice although we stuck to the beach. The green spaces were awesome and perfect for our pups and throwing baseball.
The beach is very crowded, so the sound of a private entrance is deceiving if you are expecting exclusivity. We have stayed up and down the 30A and this spot was by far the most crowded. But it makes sense as the entirety of Seacrest are allocated to this strip of beach. Chair srvc is expensive but worth every penny.
The location between Alys and Rosemary is the best, everything is in walking distance and tons to do and places to shop and eat.

"Needed an exterminator on day 1 and they didn’t send anyone. Could not use the credits to rent bikes or beach umbrellas due to beach location they delivered to not being near our house. Bikes had to be rented on day one or they would not let us get them mid week. Overall beautiful property but this house management needs help."

"Overall all went well. We had a wonderful stay and were in a very nice location. Our only concern was with the trolley transportation. We had brought my father in law who is disabled and we kept getting overlooked with the trolley workers and in his condition it was troublesome. Other than that We loved the trip and would come again."

"Overall we had a very nice stay at the Floriday's on 30A property! The rooms were good size, the property was clean and the house was close to the pool and a manageable walk to the beach! The pool in the neighborhood is wonderful and a nice break from the sand and saltwater! When the smoke detectors started going off (a few times), the management team was quick to respond and send someone over to fix it. We have stayed at several houses in the same neighborhood over the years and while we did enjoy our stay at Floridays of 30A, there are a few recommendations we would make. First, there is not enough pot/pans in the kitchen. We have a big family and it would be nice to have larger and nicer pans/bakeware-the kitchen is decently stocked, but honestly it needs more for families that cook. The other issue is that there are NO beach toys/boogie boards/chairs or anything to take to the beach. We did know this coming in so we had Amazon deliver a few things, but like other properties we have stayed at, it would be nice to have those available to use. Lastly, we would possibly rent the house again if there was a few bikes available. The Vacayzen company that they use to give a credit caused us a few days of headache. The beach chair set up wasn't available because they are not allowed into Seacrest-- so the chairs would have to be set up over a mile away! No thanks. We didn't want a bonfire so the only thing that interested us was to use the credit for bikes. The process was easy to rent them through the Vacayzen company and their customer service was good, but the bikes were TERRIBLE! They were old, rusty and broken. We had to call several days in a row to get the bikes replaced. We even paid and rented extra bikes-- the same price as very nice bikes that we could have rented from the Seacrest Peddlers 30a (they have great bikes!). No refund was issued. So, overall the house is great, but there are a few issues that the owners should address to make it even better."

"Nice house. Rug on 1st floor was not vacuumed as there were visible pieces of goldfish crackers. There was a ball & pacifier under the ottoman. Floor was not swept thoroughly & table was wiped down but not underneath the table runner. Seems like it had been done hastily- definitely not worth the $470 cleaning fee.

It would have been nice to know the coffee maker was a keureg. We brought filters & ground coffee but no pods and couldn’t make coffee.

Also- it would have been nice to know we had to check in with security to get parking tags and bracelets to get to the beach. We had to go back to the cabin, call security, wait for them to come and then go back to the beach.

I booked through the VRBO app and sent messages through it, but no one responded. If you’re going to advertise and use that app I would suggest also responding to messages.

The trash can outside was full when we arrived.

Had to call security because exterior door knob was barely hanging on.
