PLEASE NOTE: Phoenix VI resort will undergo an elevator modernization project starting Monday, August 12th, with an anticipated completion date of mid-March 2025. At this time construction noise should be expected, although the main concrete cutting will only take place on the first day - August 12th - in the elevator equipment room and on the 15th-floor elevator landing.

"The unit was spacious. Has kitchen pots, pans, dishes and Keurig coffee maker. There were two bathrooms and only had a trash can in one of them. I suggest them getting one for each. The 3 hot tubs were nice. They are all inside. Lots of the same people took the shaded spots at the pool area and stayed there for hours. I feel like they could of been considerate enough to share after a few hours, but that is no fault of the Condo unit. Surfs Up Dolphin Cruise is nearby and the best! The balcony was great! We made feiends with the people above us. The tennis courts were nice. We really enjoyed our stay, had an amazing time and hated to leave."

"We enjoyed our stay. This property had some issues with mold around the guest tub and rust on both shower bars. It could use an update, but the beds were comfortable, as were the sofa/chairs in the den. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice visit with the family."

"We Loved our stay at Phoenix 6… the location was great… the elevators were fast… the pools were big and not crowded at all… maintenance was very quick to arrive for a non emergent issue! Our only issue the entire time was the decorative pillows in the living area shed feathers and we swept at least twice a day every day we were there (no biggie) the condo itself was beautiful and well stocked and the master king was super comfortable!"

"Location of property is perfect. Nice large balcony. Spacious property. Downsides include the lack of lighting. Outdoor recliners are uncomfortable. Oven was cleaned with something that made it impossible for us to use it. Unfortunately this meant tossing out our first meal. Things that need to be addressed include the quality of the towels. They are simply unacceptable for a property such as this. And again, no matter what we did we could not get ample lighting into the main area of the property. Would we stay at Phoenix VI again? Yes. Would we stay in this union again? Probably not."

"Property was in perfect proximity to grocery stores, entertainment, restaurants, liquor stores, and of course the beach. We saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays, schools of fish, crabs, and even other ocean creatures everyday. Excellent waters for snorkeling with beautiful clear waters at 6ft. Sand was soft and clean. Property was a little dirty when we arrived and coffee maker didn’t work, but I made management company aware and they had a service rep over right away to make a repair to the bathroom drainage and we even received a brand new coffee maker the same day I reported it broken. The boardwalk from complex to beach is very long and the elevators where not so quick. Other than those two small discrepancies, I would recommend this rental to friends and family."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Management company was extremely responsive to our concerns and we were very pleased with how they handled our requests. Had a slight situation with bathroom sink, but a service technician was able to fix it quickly. We also had a coffee maker that was not working properly and the very next morning we had a brand new coffee maker delivered to our room. We were all very happy with the complex. We had plenty of room for three adult couples and the back patio is spacious and comfortable for all of us to share together. The only thing I would recommend is for the complex to invest in upgrading their elevators. The speed of the elevators are very slow even during the slow times of day."

"Having to leave such a beautiful place is the hardest! Wonderful and friendly accommodations. The beds were very comfy and towels were well stocked. Security and safety were comforting very friendly and safe property. A few little adjustments for a covid trip were worth all the views from the huge balcony with perfect sunrise and sunset views over the ocean. The pool and hottub were great too. Orange Beach is a great place to visit and I would come back and hopefully stay longer!"

Booked at nearly the last minute, I was thrilled just to have a place large enough to accommodate all of us. This location far exceeded my expectations! It was clean, modern, and quiet. We had a room overlooking the pool and the beach, and it was beautiful! I loved that this condo was out of the way of the congested traffic of Gulf Shores, and close to the Gulf Shores Steamer (our favorite restaurant) ! We plan on booking this condo again for future stays. Highly recommend!"
