Welcome to Sun Dreams II West, This duplex gives you a ton of bang for your buck. This is the rare unicorn that offers you a private pool for the duplex, private deeded beach access, as well as the ability to bring your 4 legged best friend! This property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area as well as a fully updated kitchen. This is the perfect home away from home for your family getaway.

The location is fantastic, a short walk or drive from all the best restaurants, shops, and fun in the sun for you to enjoy! Best of all the beach is just right across the street for easy access! The home has been fully updated, painted, new furnishings, new pool furniture and lounge chairs by the pool, and much more just for you to enjoy! The newly installed pool is ready for lots of fun in the sun and awesome memories of your vacation. Please note that the pool is 3-5 feet deep. We can't wait to hear about your fantastic stay at Sun Dreams!

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

"This house was amazing and comfortable for our group (6 adults and 2 kids). The beach access was wonderful and gave us an easy route to a very unpopulated area of the beach. The kids loved the pool because it’s not too deep so they were able to enjoy it. The interior was decorated beautifully and felt very large. Walkability to a restaurant, ice cream shop, and small market was also a plus. Will visit again!"

"Downstairs was 30 degrees colder the upstairs. Called the property, property management said someone would come out. Did said something was wrong they would send a repair man. To my knowledge they never came. Downstairs master bath toilet would not flush. Fast forward to the ceiling leaking in the kitchen. Called the emergency number on the packet we received. Was told that they knew about this problem and would send someone out. Please don’t use the upstairs shower. So out of the 2 and half baths the half bath was the only one fully functioning. The rooms are super nice. The tvs are weirdly placed, not really a big deal to our group We spent Christmas there and like I said the location was spot on. December is a wonderful time to visit. But I strongly suggest that the owner/ property manger gets the issues worked out. Full disclosure here I didn’t ask for a refund, nor was we offered one. But the owner and property management team were well aware of the issues and rented the unit."

"Nice spacious house, perfect beach access across the street, nice pool and great location. We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for me and my husband along with our little one to have her own room. We did bring our own blackout blinds for our little one and it helped cut out some of the heat in the room at the front of the house from the sun. The room still stayed 5 - 6 degrees warmer at all times. A fan for that room would be a great idea! The plug in air freshener for the house was way overwhelming. We had to remove them and buy something not as strong to remove the overpowering smell during our stay. All in all, great stay! We would return!"

"We loved staying at this home. The beach access is directly across the street from the front door & the beach was an easy walk down a path. The soft white sand was incredible. We didn't find many whole shells & the water was very seaweedy but I guess that had to do with the amount of rain they had recently. We still enjoyed the beach! The king master brdm is on the main level with it's own bathroom. There's another ½ bath in the hallway by the kitchen. Another king bedroom is on the 2nd level as well as the bunk room. A shared bathroom is in the hallway. The pool was so warm & clean which was a great bonus with the ocean water being so full of seaweed. Close to everything but far enough away to feel a little more secluded & not near too many people at the beach. Sunrise & sunset are spectacular! Make sure you visit the Sunliner Diner at least once! We went twice in the week we were there. So yummy!"

"We loved staying in Sun Dreams West! Perfect location! Right across the street from the beach with its own private access. The house itself was spacious and housed 2 families very comfortably and it was clean! The bunk room was great for the kids and the other 2 bedrooms were perfect for the adults! Two and half bathrooms was GREAT! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for your vacation minus the food! The pool was beautiful and clean! Lots of parking and pet friendly!"

"Unit was clean and as described. Beach access and pool were great. TVs all worked. Adjoining neighbors were not noticeable. Beds were all comfortable except lower bunk which sagged a little. Furniture in living area and outdoor space are not the most comfortable or spacious for a family. A few extras like throw blankets/ extra pillowcases, pool and beach toys would have made my rating higher."

"We rented both the East and West sides of this duplex for our large group and it worked out perfectly! Both units were very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of housewares & bath towels. The private pool was awesome! The walk to the beach was quick and convenient. Renting through Poole & Associates was by far one of the best rental companies we have ever dealt with. In the months leading up to our trip, I called their office on more than one occasion and always received prompt & friendly service. My friends have already asked me to rebook this duplex for our next trip. I 100% recommend Poole & Associates and plan to use their agency going forward."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was great to find a place that allowed pets, but if you allow pets could you please have a designated place, a piece of grass for them to go potty on. There was nothing for them to potty on and they had sand-spurs everywhere and are very painful to our furbaby. Everything else was great!"

"The house is nice enough and was clean when we arrived. It was a good size for six. The A/C works well. The dedicated beach access is a welcome amenity. The pool/area is nice and the pool is appropriately sized. Where the property falls short is the lack of some household items. We only found one dish towel, no pot holders and only six dinner plates; a few more bath towels would have been nice. The grill leaves a lot to be desired. Small and not very good condition. We wound up not using it. There was one overfull pail of used coals and nowhere else to safely dispose of any more coals. Those are relatively minor complaints, but still diminish the overall experience. Any evaluation regarding the comfort of bedding is subjective; not everyone was happy, but the worst was the lower bunk in the third bedroom. Probably past it's lifetime. All in all we did enjoy our stay there and would likely rent again."

"We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was nice and comfy. We loved being right across from the beach and having our own pool. The only thing I would suggest that would be really nice is to have lounge chairs to lay out on by the pool and a small patio set on the porch like the other side had. Other than that no complaints cant wait to come back again."
