Beachside Condo 4 features the most beautiful combination of modern and vintage. Even better is its backdrop - the stunning turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a true vacation vibe the second you walk into this Gulf-front retreat.

The completely renovated condo is showcased in crisp white shiplap framed by reclaimed wood beams. In the kitchen you'll enjoy the open shelving, keeping everything easy to find - and there's plenty of cabinet storage to hide away all your beach snacks. We can't forget to mention the top-of-the-line small appliances, enjoy this little touch of luxury on your 30A vacation. Wood countertops add incredible warmth to the kitchen on top of the vintage art and cozy dining spot.

The kitchen opens to the main living area so you're never without those Gulf views. Grab a seat on the sofa or either of the arm chairs to sit back and take in the salt water sights and sounds. Step outside to listen to the waves and smell that ocean air. You'll want to spend your mornings and evenings taking in the views. The beach access is just steps away ... you can have your toes in the sand in the quickest of walks.

After a day spent at the beach, retreat back to the bedrooms. The king master has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy a TV and patio access. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 full beds and a TV. Quickly access the full bathroom in the hall. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall.

Beachside Condos:
Beachside Condominiums is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 3-story complex features a community pool and private beach access. You'll be in the perfect location - right off scenic Highway 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

"The location and decor and comfort of the condo was great. We had a lot of maintenance issues while we were there. One day we were without A/C. Another day, the smoke alarms sounded off randomly starting at 5am. Another day we were without electricity for 8 hours in 100° weather. The Maintenance team were as helpful and friendly when they finally got to us. could be. Benchmark Management only offered a tiny concession for the trouble that we had, and only after me asking for some type of refund/concession. If it were not for these issues, we would have enjoyed our stay, as this condo is adorable and comfortable, but we would not book again."

"Perfect location facing the beach and literally steps away from it. No crossing the street!
Furniture was comfortable and the property was clean.
Only 1 dishtowel was provided in the kitchen though, so I would bring some of your own or request the owners provide additional.
The TV in the master bedroom did not work; one of the remotes did nothing. Instructions on how to use would be helpful as well.
A/C worked quite well.
Bathrooms were clean.
Unless you want to spend your evenings at very crowded and busy Seaside, there isn't much to do within a reasonable driving distance. If you are wanting to do some shopping while here or water activities or access to many more restaurants - either west towards Destin or east towards Panama City - be prepared to drive 45 min to an hour to Destin or 30 min to Panama City.
We did find some good restaurants in Grayton Beach and that was more reasonable in driving distance.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this location and rental over nearby Seaside. Cost was much much better and you don't have to cross the street to access the beach."

"This is the second fall break that we have stayed and we thoroughly enjoyed it yet again. They replaced the sofa, and both turn indoor and outdoor chairs since we stayed and it was much more comfortable. My favorite part is the view from the condo and just being able to walk into your backyard Aka beach. You are also only a mile from Seaside. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

While the management company gives you a little, start a package, I always bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. I also wish the management company would give you a credit to use towards bikes again."

"Loved the decor. Reminded me of an East Coast cottage. Condo was in a great location. The views were amazing. Loved the shower in the master. Now for the negatives: The master bed was HORRIBLE! This mattress needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY! The couch and chairs in living room are very cute and fit with the theme, but very uncomfortable as well. You could barely see yourself in the mirror in the master bath. I don't know if it's just old or what but it was near impossible to get ready in there. It would have been nice to have a floor length mirror somewhere in the condo as well. Overall I would have given a much higher rating if the mattress would have been better and the furniture more comfy. They were THAT bad. I would only recommend this property to a friend IF that mattress is replaced."

"This was our second time to stay here and we were disappointed in the condition of the condo compared to our first visit. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, the furniture was stained, the screen door needs to be replaced and one of the outside chairs was broken and taped together. There was also construction going on in the unit right above us."

"Beautifully decorated condo. Excellent location. Some of the furniture is a little worse for wear. The living room couch cushions and the duvet covers in the second bedroom are terribly stained. We brought these to the attention of the management company. The sheets in the second bedroom appeared not to have been changed as well, so we were given clean sheets to change the beds ourselves.
Although the location was ideal, in the future we’ll be renting from a place that launders all linens every time."

"My family and I rented Sea Eagle and really loved it. This condo is perfect for 4 people. There are a few issues that the owners and Benchmark could improve upon. But I'll start with the pros as they outweigh the cons.

The location is perfect. You step outside and the beach is in front of you, and there's a great view of the ocean from the living room. If you haven't been to 30A, its ocean is pure magic--the water is clear and inviting. The "vintage charm" is lovely. It is decorated like a ship and there's a lot to look at, but it's not too crowded with stuff. The beds are incredibly comfortable. There kitchen is very well stocked. The condo is bright and cheerful.

The cons—the entire place needs a very deep cleaning. The owners need to stay there for a few days and fix/clean what is broken/dirty. When we arrived the hall bathroom smelled like urine, and this smell never went away. The walls are white, which makes it bright, but the walls need to be washed in every room as there is stuff smeared on the walls (sunblock?). All the kitchen stuff needs to be cleaned. When we arrived there were many filthy dishes that has been unloaded onto the shelves and food was caked on. Same with the knives--they were put away dirty. The light bulbs over the sink were out, as were the bulbs over the sofa.

The living room furniture is beautiful, but the wicker chair is very uncomfortable and the sofa is, as well. I appreciate the look of them, but the owner has a great eye for furniture and replacing the wicker sofa and chair would be better for guests.

The sliding doors to the beach need to be replaced. We could not get them open for 24 hours. Finally a service person came out and oiled them and said the wheels had been replaced but that the door itself needs to be replaced. I'm sure it's expensive, but guests are paying a premium. Bottom line you're charging $4k/week. Clean the place from head to toe, fix the door and replace the sofa"

The weather was lovely and we spent most of our time under rented umbrellas on the beach. The condo meet our needs well. We will be back!"

"Great little condo! Steps from the beach, minutes from seaside, updated and trendy. Perfect location for families with kids! Porch sliding door needs to be fixed or replaced; it was very difficult to slide open and close. The master shower fan makes some awful screeching noise when turned on and the shower head has reached its maximum use I believe. Other than that this little place was great."

"Overall, I would very much recommend this condo. Ocean front with stunning views. My only disappointments are with some minor details. I had to repair a door knob, a closet knob, and bureau drawer pull. This place needs a deep cleaning, i. e light fixtures, louver doors, behind and under furniture, MB shower floor. Lastly, the King bed mattress probably needs to be replaced, extremely soft. We would come back next year."

"We so loved this condo inside. Gorgeous and awesome views. Outside, quite dated in need of painting. Sadly for our first two days workmen showed up putting up a fence, put all their equipment outside our condor 2 feet ways - walked back and forth all day while we were trying to relaxin our pj's and enjoy the view. They literally came up to our patio and windows where we were. We asked to at least move equipment on the other end of property... NOTHING happened. Very frustrating. Management company did nothing? Unresponsive said can't do anything and no discounts were offered. so 5 days were great and other 2 stunk. Not right!"

"A very nice, clean unit right on the beach. Very close to Seaside and convenient to everything. Patio door very hard to open, but not something maintenance could do much with. I believe the property owner would need to replace. Maintenance was very responsive when our door code didn’t work and had someone there within minutes. I would stay here again."

"We loved this condo! The location was exceptional. It is a smaller complex so we didn’t feel overcrowded with people at the beach. We had an issue with dead batteries in the remotes and Benchmark was there within hours to replace with new ones. Looking forward to using Benchmark for our vacation rentals every year!"

"We had a wonderful vacation. This is a great unit. The master bed is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of cups, plates, pot and pans. The only complaint I heard was about the coffee pot not keeping the coffee hot."
