"UNIT 301 is so amazing! Owner Ashley Hale, thank you so much! We were so truly blessed to be one of the first guests to be able to rent from the new owner Ashley Hale and she was so amazing to work with! When we walked into this condo, our jaws dropped! It is so beautifully decorated and so clean & so fresh! The kitchen is so beautiful w/stainless steel appliances and is so well stocked with all of the utensils that you need - plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, flatware, pots, pans, 2 coffee pots (a Keurig & a 12-cup coffee pot), cookware and more! We love to cook and enjoy most meals in the condo so this was an absolute dream for us! The living room has the biggest, most comfy couch and 2 comfortable recliners!. All of the furniture is so beautiful and is so perfect in this beach condo! There is a beautiful dining table and chairs sitting under a lovely chandelier that seats 4 people and a huge breakfast bar w/ 3 bar stools for extra seating. And don't forget the high top table for 4 on the balcony - that was our favorite spot all of the time but especially at sunrise and sunset! Such an amazing view of the beach and ocean! The Master bedroom is HUGE and is also so beautifully decorated w/another huge flat screen Smart TV and the most comfortable king size bed & pillows! The Master also has a beautiful vanity/sink that is located outside of the bathroom that has the shower/bathtub which is really nice when multiple people are trying to get ready! And don't forget the walk-in closet in the Master bedroom & the private entrance to the balcony! The 2nd bedroom was also very lovely and it also has a King size bed and another flat screen Smart TV! The 3rd bedroom was huge and beautifully decorated and has 2 full size beds and a flat screen Smart TV! The 2nd bathroom that was located off of the hallway was so nice and had plenty of space for everyone! The washer and dryer were awesome to have and located in a closet so it was so quiet! This condo has a long hallway from one end to the other so you can't hear people in the living room when you are in one of the bedrooms trying to sleep! This unit is also located in the best location! As soon as you get off of the elevator on the 3rd floor, you turn to the right and take a short walk to the end of the hall and Unit 301 is right there! There are only 2 other units next to it and it's so quiet! It is so easy to get around Phoenix East with short walks to the elevator, the pool & to the beach, especially from Unit 301! Phoenix East is also centrally located & so close to so many restaurants (such as Doc's & Cobalts) & to the grocery stores! One more thing, check-in and check-out was so easy and what we loved most was not only do they have the standard carts for luggage but they also have shopping carts that you can use! This was so awesome! I could go on forever about this amazing condo and am so happy that we found it! The owner Ashley Hale was the absolute BEST to work with and could have not been any nicer to us! Thank you Ashley for working with us and answering all of our questions and giving us such wonderful service! We had requested that there not be any scented plug-ins or strong cleaning products used in the condo due to our sensitivity to strong scents & Ashley immediately contacted the cleaning staff to make sure none of these were used! THANK YOU ASHLEY! We can't wait to rent from you again! Such a wonderful vacation and BEAUTIFUL condo! You will not be disappointed! THIS CONDO IS A DREAM!"

"Beautiful unit. Lot of visible security on site. The unit was well kept and personally decorated by the owners. Rooms were spacious and clean. The coffee kerig was a nice option to have. Would love to stay there again one day."

"We had a wonderful girls long weekend. We couldn’t ask for anything better, the condo, 301, was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We were so comfortable and Beach Getaways was wonderful to work with. We had everything in the kitchen we needed and then some. I will certainly stay again and recommend this condo to anyone that needs a 3 bedroom with all the comforts of home"
