Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. I can't say enough about the perfectly equipped kitchen and the furnishings were way above the norm. There was even a closet with beach stuff and we added a few things to it. The location of Phoenix VI is easily assessible to necessary stores and this condo 408 was so close to the elevator, too. We loved the view of the pool and walkway and of course the beach was beautiful. We can't wait for our next trip and hopefully we will be able to book this same condo."

"It was a great trip overall. We were a little disappointed the pool wasn’t heated, it was very cold. No outdoor hot tub, which we missed when we reviewed and chose to stay there. We would have like some type of on-site restaurant, grill, or other food option. Property was clean and the unit we stayed in had an awesome balcony, very nice place! "Everything was great esp the leather furniture. If anything, I would suggest to update all TVs esp in living room where your guests can download apps to watch their favorite shows. The only TV that has access to apps is the master bedroom. So my kids want to watch their shows in my bedroom! Other than this, it was a great condo! And easy access to everything and on the beach. I would say the park for this particular condo is that you have your own spot in the parking garage which is in front the door and right into the elevator and out the elevator is your room! Which is absolutely convenient for your grocery/ luggage/ loading / unloading !"

"The condo is really nice and very spacious. The kitchen is updated and has everything you need. The coffee maker uses k-cups which is a plus for us. The view off the balcony was great as it was almost a 180 degree view of the ocean. Owners underground parking spot is another plus and right next to the entrance to the condo. No hot car to get into! We liked the layout a lot as the hallway and the kids rooms was separated from the main part of the condo. The furniture was comfortable and the tv's were a good size. We highly recommend and would stay here again. We also love the keyless entry as it makes it easier for the kids to come and go and you don't have to pick up or drop off keys. Great communication from the rental agency and very responsive. I would say they were the best we've dealt with in the last 15 years. The only negative which the condo building kept the fountains on sometimes at night and others it was off. When it was off you can hear the ocean at night but you could not when it was on."

"We loved the Phoenix property! Felt very safe with the gated entry always manned and the security guard we saw daily. I appreciate how the street side balcony is enclosed and the beach side are layered so no worries. The pool area was so clean and big enough to host all guests. Our unit was perfect on the 4th floor so we had great views but not too high up. The condo was super comfortable and fit our family well. The kitchen was stocked with everything! We all loved our first trip to Orange Beach and would definitely come again! The only thing we would change was the two days of storms, but nothing we can do about that. Even enjoyed those days sitting on our perfect-view balcony playing games!"

"This room was perfect for our family with 6 kids and 2 adults. The couches and chairs are really comfy ! The parking space was close to exit and covered which was nice. Everything was exactly what was pictured, beds were really comfy and pillows were fluffy and seemed new. We'd come back for sure! There was some tile broken in master bedroom, it seems like something that could Be fixed with enough time. I'm sure owners will get to it asap. We loved the experience! Staff in building was attentive and lots of regular maintenance was happening which shows how they do take care of the building."

"The condo was perfect for four adults and three children ranging in age from two to nine. We loved the location, ease of parking, fast elevators, clean pools and uncrowded beaches. The condo is laid out so that we were never on top of each other, tons of seating, and privacy for all. Took less than 5 minutes to check in and we were unpacked and upstairs within half an hour. We walked to the donut store across the street and enjoyed beautiful weather and food at The Gulf right down the street. My only caveat: Others said the lighting in the master bathroom was terrible... Well, that is because there are DIMMERS on the right side of the switch. Use them! We are already planning a return trip to this same condo."

"Our stay at Phoenix VI unit 408 was the best we have stayed at through the vrbo! It was absolutely beautiful and spacious! It was right over the walkway out to the beach, georgous view! Loved the service through the helpdesk at front, so helpful! Racquet ball was fun. Did not want to go home when it was time. The condo was so pretty and comfortable! Beds were great and comfortable! We really enjoy being in this location because you get to sit and enjoy the sites of the boats coming out of the bay and the pirate ship comes by each day. Also, the parasailing is so nice to watch and could get to easily. Right by Shrimp Basket and Bubba's seafood which are great to eat at! Grocery store close by. Loved the layout of the condo. Would not mind having house in that layout:) The pictures are accurate and even more beautiful in real life. Come stay here, you will have a great time! Our grandchildren ages 2-12 loved the pools, especially the indoor pool and hot tubs. Cleaning company was great to work with also."

"We had a large group: 8 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other when in the condo. Living room was spacious, kitchen was big enough, very functional. Bedrooms had good space but they didn't have to be large since we were in the pool or at the beach most of the time. The balcony was spacious. We did find the sleeper sofa to be broken when we got there but it was fixed by lunch the next day! We would rent this again in a second!"
