"The property is the last room in the top floor. Stairwell and garbage chute are right outside. The condo location is perfect for walking to most places. Only downfall to being in that unit is you hear everything in the hallway and stairwell. Pictures make it look larger than it is. Still plenty of space and nice but not a large as it appeared in the photos."

"This was a great vacation for my family. We had 10 people, plenty of space and everything was great. We brought an air bed, knowing that all pull out couches suck, and everyone was happy. So easy to come and go from the condo to the beach to the pool. The beach was very nice, white sand, clear water, no problems at all. I would book it again."

Our family vacation was wonderful. I highly recommend this condo. The sliding door to balcony is heavy to open and close good and not so good benefits for families with kids a benefit for sure. Master bedroom bed is soft not firm. I prefer firm but still comfortable. Games in condo to play. Grandkids loved it."

"Overall we had an amazing stay. The only complaint is minor. The place wasn’t super clean. The dishes had food stuck to it so we had to rewash pans and utensils. There was someone else’s socks behind the couches too. Not the end of the world. I would definitely go back and stay here again."

The only complaints I have is the dumpsters on the ground level were emptied very very early in the morning which was very loud in the front bedroom. There is also a bar across the street which has live music on the weekends. This probably wouldn't be a problem if you don't mind going to bed a little later. Overall I would still recommend this condo 100%. We hope to return to this specific one in years to come! It was perfect for our family of four plus my parents."

"We were a family of 5 (older) kids and 4 adults. We will definitely be coming back to this location. It was perfectly situated on the beach and within walking distance of pretty much everything - ice cream stores, restaurants, shops... We loved waking up and watching the dolphins appear beyond the shore and enjoy a drink watching the sunset and beachgoers crabbing. The location right on the beach was perfect - you didn't have to haul everything down in one trip and if one person needed a break from the sun, they could go back up to the condo. Stepping out on the balcony gave you the perfect view of the beach and ocean! The condo was incredibly clean with plenty of space, chairs, and dishes. We brought meals to cook and all the appliances worked great. Both bathrooms have tub/showers in case you have little ones. The coffee maker provided uses either filters or K-cups. There are flat screen TVs in each room and we ended each night by hooking up our laptop and watching a Harry Potter movie in the living room. They suggest you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. I definitely suggest doing that if you are there for longer than 2 days. The trash chute is right outside the door so you don't have to carry your trash down 8 floors. They offer luggage carts to haul your items up and down. There is a gym my husband made use of. While we didn't use the pool, plenty of people did - it even has a 1 foot separate pool for little ones and plenty of lounge chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed out getaway and plan to be back!"

"We have a large family, and are always looking for a good deal where we can vacay for a reasonable cost and not forsake comfort. This unit was clean and large enough for us to all comfortably stay for our spring break getaway. I love to cook while on vacation (which I know may not be everyone’s go to), and so having a nice kitchen with all the things I needed is a must! The kitchen had what we needed and was a nice size. I did have some trouble regulating the oven temp, but I messed with it enough to make things work The property is right in the beach, and it’s a super clean beach with great service from Ike’s. Adam was a friendly concierge to work with for our beach service. Though it was red tides our entire stay, we had a great time sitting out in the sand and enjoying the sun. A couple of things to note for families: The pool is NOT heated and there are no bathrooms available downstairs. You’ll have to go all the way back to your condo for bathroom breaks. It was nice to have the showers located right at the entrance to the beach, and water pressure was good to rinse off. A couple of things I would highlight as areas of opportunity: The condo and facility are supposed to be smoke-free. Someone repeatedly smoked from their balcony and it would waft into our condo because we tried to keep the patio door open from time to time to let the air and beach sounds in. It was annoying and even though we alerted front desk and Beach Getaways to it — it continued to happen which bothered us (my family has major allergies and so anything like that causes flare ups). Additionally, the sofa bed leaves a lot to be desired lol. We didn’t use to sleep on, but we like to huddle up together to play games and watch TV so we pulled it out. It is massively uncomfortable and I wouldn’t recommend sleeping overnight on it! I think it’s just older and the support springs are sagging a ton, so it’s not going to be feasible for someone to sleep on comfortably for any length of time! We had plenty of towels, linens, etc. we used the washing machine the whole time we were there to keep up with clean linens... the washer will require you to run the drain and spin cycle multiple times before it actually drains and spins it to get ready for the dryer! Overall, we enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores. This condo was an ideal location, close to a lot of different options for shopping and food. There is this cute little ice cream shop a couple of blocks away with corn hole boards and outside picnic tables. Our kids loved it. Being just steps away from the gulf made for an incredible time at our happy place - we love the beach! Enjoy!
