Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. "We’ve been to the Orange Beach many times so we know what to expect. This was no different. The town continues to grow and offers most of what any beach town would. We were a little disappointed in the condo only because it feels like it needs some updating; paint, finishes, etc. We don’t really spend much time inside so it’s not that major a deal. We always enjoy our time down there."

"I did like the location and area. I did had some problems with the code to the door didn’t work when we got there had to wait about 10 min then they had to resend another code. Later that day both TV’s in the rooms didn’t work no signal on tv all 4 days we where there and call for help with it. The shower water didn’t get hot. Needs a little upgrade. But other then that I will stay there again. Really enjoyed the view."

"Upgrades needed, pillows were flat, mattress sunken in the middle, shower dial was hard to turn, bedroom carpet needed cleaning, didn't get a chance to eat my 13.00 dollar ice cream due to refrigerator failure and it melted, however they did fix the frig immediately when notified, but didn't reimburse me for the lost, screen doors did not slide open or close easily and the indoor pool was shut down, I was able to use the next buildings pool area which was inconvenient but an option, the view from the balcony was awesome, the front desk and the maintenance line was awesome. The noise above our room from possible construction was annoying and too any remotes to operate the television. The lobby and entry to the pool and beach is very nice as well as the staff."

"After arriving we noticed what appeared to be dog vomit behind the front bedroom door, dead bugs behind a chair in the living room and a broken but functional dishwasher (right front wheel). I would recommend re-evaluating your cleaning and inspection services they did a very poor job on this unit. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone."

"Overall the unit was nice but rather worn. In all fairness, it is fall and I'm sure the summer was booked solid with many families and routine maintenance for paint, carpet cleaning, etc will be done annually. The furniture is worn out. The second bedroom has 1) queen and 1) twin not 2) queens but they were all comfortable. Carpet in Master and baseboards are dirty but the bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned and ready for us."

"This was our first time to Orange Beach and to the Phoenix 7. This was a great property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy and the unit was clean when we arrived. We had one small issue with the coffee maker and they had a brand new one delivered the next morning. Overall, we had a great stay"

"We loved our stay in 1013! The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and well maintained. The views are gorgeous! Hot tubs were still down after sally but pools were open. The beach was very smooth (not a lot of shells to walk across). We had trouble with the keypad access, but made a phone call and it was fixed immediately. Would love to stay here again in the future!"

"We absolutely loved everything about our get away there. Since these are perilous times, we were seeking a less populated location. This was perfect. We cooked there for 90% of our meals and primarily enjoyed the beach, both on and from the balcony. We were extremely comfortable whether sleeping, eating or enjoying the view. The tv and internet offered distractions when it was raining. We are looking at planning our next trip soon!"

"We decided to take a last minute beach getaway and Phoenix 7 was awesome. We enjoyed the beach stay, outdoor pool, and unit, but what made the stay even better was the last day when we had to check out. After picking up some pizza the night before, I managed to lose my keys and did not realize it until two hours before check-out the next morning. Sidenote: My car is a push to start.... We searched everywhere. The unit, suitcases, elevators, parking lot, and even the garbage. One representative went above and beyond and helped look where the all the garbage is released from the garbage chute. Luckily, they were found by a representative in the parking lot. Much gratitude and appreciation for the staff. Will definitely visit in the future!"
