Description

This beautiful beach home is in Seagrove nestled between the communities of Seaside and Rosemary Beach along the emerald waters of Hwy 30A. Everything you could want in a seaside experience awaits you in this ample 2500 square foot home tucked within Cassine Village, one of Seagrove's best family-oriented neighborhoods. This vacation home has been lovingly cared for and we know you will feel right at home the moment you walk through the French doors.

With 3 large bedrooms on the second floor and master on the main floor, this house has the perfect layout for your extended family and guests. The oversized living area is a rarity in this area and seating is ample. A roomy, well-stocked kitchen is a plus along with dining space for 11, a convenient outside shower (that does have hot water!) and laundry room side-entrance. The laundry room also has an extra fridge.

All the amenities are offered in this cozy community including swimming in 1 of 2 pools, tennis, basketball and a 5-minute walk along bricked sidewalks to the pristine sands of the Emerald Coast. The kids can explore the nature trail or fish from the bridge over our community pond. And, they can enjoy their bikes along our quiet streets or the family can pedal to Seaside. There are 26 miles of bike/walking trails along Scenic Highway 30A. When it's time for refreshment, it's only a short walk for a pizza at Brozini's (best on 30A) or your favorite pasta dish at Angelina's. Make reservations at Café Thirty-A (also within walking distance) for an upscale dining experience, or bike to Goatfeather's Seafood for the catch of the day.

"We loved everything about our stay at Frankly Beach’n! The house is adorable and the location cannot be beat-within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, nature trails and a short trip into Seaside. The layout of the house was perfect for our two families and we used the screened porches every day. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever found in a rental and the extra fridge was a bonus! Benchmark Management was so easy to work with and we are already planning to come back next summer!"

"This house was amazing! One of the best I've ever stayed in. It was perfect for my family, which included our 6 children plus my father. The house was spacious and full of thoughtful touches. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the numerous hooks to hang wet suits and towels on were so helpful, and the front porch was an absolute dream. It was beautifully decorated and made our beach vacation even more enjoyable. We loved every second we spent there! The management company was so quick to respond as well when the disposal quit working. They were so prompt, and had it fixed by the end of the day. It truly was a wonderful home!"

Only issue was early access code didnt work and took over an hour to actually get someone to respond. But only a minor issue. Overall it was perfect!"

House was very well equipped and we only needed one thing while we were there and benchmark quickly delivered. My only complaint would be that the two community pools are much smaller than they appear in photos and very crowded since it was peak season."

"This house had it all. A quick walk to pools and beach. Lots of space for the kids and 2 families. Shaded screened porches to hang out on. Good size rooms and living space. A well stocked kitchen, better than any others we’ve stayed in. And as a bonus, a second refrigerator. A quaint neighborhood to ride bikes in as well. We even had a few deer visit in the back yard. Can’t ask for more!"

"Beautiful rental house in great area! Very walkable to the beach, cute shops & restaurants. Cute quiet community with picturesque houses. We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner and more than enough space for seating for my family of 5. My only issue was the brightness of every bedroom in the morning. Curtains really need to be added since the sun comes shining in so early at 6am. My toddler was awake that early every morning so it was not a sleep in kind of vacation. I will look more closely at window coverings for my next rental in the area. Management company didn't fix a tv issue of only 1 of the 5 working so will not rent from them again."

"Good location. Good experience. Details need to be addressed. Stickerbushes growing into front entrance. Chairs for dining room table are very fragile; not made for large people. Front door screen is ripped but not a big problem. Grill has only one operational burner, automatic lighter does not work, and a manual lighter is not included in rental. Front porch had lots of sand. should be blown out after each stay. One of the showers upstairs has has the temp control valve reversed. Two bulbs in front porch light are burnt out and need to be replaced."

"There were only seven of us this year as our son in law could come with us, it we have already rented the same house for next year, he will join us then and one of our granddaughters will have a new husband with her and we will still have plenty of room. Master on the first floor for Papa and Grand (no stairs could us) and a spacious upstairs to accommodate everyone else. The upper and lower screened porches were great.

"We had a wonderful stay at Frankly Beach'n. Upon our arrival the house was clean and even prettier than the photos. There was ample room for our 2 families of 11 to spread out and join together for meals and games in the family room. Due to COViD, we mostly ate in and the kitchen was well stocked to accomplish that. The neighborhood is quaint with pretty and well maintained homes. Our kids used every amenity including the tennis courts to play pickle-ball, the pools, and the basketball court. We rented bikes and a golf cart. We used the golf cart for hauling our cooler and beach supplies to the beach. However, it is only an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach access. We also used the golf cart to ride to Seaside which was super fun. There is even a specific parking area for golf carts. We had one minor issue in the house that needed a repair. I called Benchmark and they were courteous and quick. It was repaired within 2 hours. We returned from the beach and the repairman had already come and gone. We would highly recommend this home and the property management group."

The only additional recommendations that I would have is more kitchen towels and maybe a stocked griddle and crockpot."

"The description listed for the house was accurate in all regards. This house was probably the best stoked house I've ever rented! There were all kinds of kitchen supplies and appliances, as well as plenty of board games. My family and I really enjoyed the two wraparound porches. The walk to the beach was easy and was only about 5-7 minutes. There are also a few restaurants, ice cream shop, and general store within the same 5-7 minute walking distance. The ice cream shop also offers rentals for beach chairs, paddle boards, etc. We did not experience any issues at all while staying at Key Lime Pie. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Key Lime Pie in July 2019. We were a group of 10, comprised of 6 adults and 4 children (1, 4, 12, 14). They house was set up perfectly for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the additions of the half bath downstairs, the extra refrigerator in the laundry room, the outdoor shower and the screened porches were fantastic for our group! We rented bikes and rode to the beach most of the time, but the walk was a short enjoyable walk when we did decide to walk. We enjoyed that the location was along a quieter part of 30a with less traffic, but there wasn’t quite as much to do in bike riding distance as we had hoped. The pools were small, but still enjoyable. The beach access point was public, but it wasn’t extremely crowded with chairs. One thing to note- There wasn’t a bathroom at the access point. The closest bathroom was at the pool."

"Key Lime Pie was great. The house was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked w/everything you need to feel at home. This home is very spacious & very well decorated. The beds are very comfortable & bathrooms stocked w/plenty of bath towels. We loved sitting on the screened in porch talking & drinking our morning coffee. Great location across the street from the beach access (a short 5-7 minute walk). Walking distance to restaurants, beach store, ice cream shop & donuts shop. Quite family oriented neighborhood, w/very well maintained streets. 2 very nice & clean pools. Highly recommend this lovely home."
