Come stay at our Beach Front condo and enjoy the new Splash Pad down by the outdoor pool. Our condo sleeps up to 8 and is the perfect getaway for you and your family. This 2 bedroom|2 bath condo is located on the 1st floor of the Phoenix V building in Orange Beach, AL. The main entrance is ground level while the balcony overlooks the beach at a second story level.

Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

"We stayed here in April 2021 and again in May 2023. In 2021, the stay was much better and cheaper and had more toiletries and stuff in the kitchen. This time, we only got 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 very small roll of paper towels. There was no salt and pepper and no coffee filters for the coffee maker. They dont allow you to even smoke on your balcony anymore, there is a designated smoking area way off in the parking area. The cleaning person left bleach or something all in the bathtub, so there was a bunch of bubbles when i turned the water on to bathe my kids. Also, parking passes used to be $25 or $35, now its $55 and they did not tell this in the contract. I love the location and the amenities at this place, but they have went way downhill in the past 2 years."

"The top of the refrigerator was very dirty and the dishes and silverware had food on them. When the plates were taken out of the cabinet on our last day, (because that was the only day we decided to use them), water spilled from between the stack making cleanup a necessity. We loaded the dishwasher and added detergent, but it would not work. We called Beach Getaways Maintenance answering service and reported the broken dishwasher before our departure."

"We loved the location of the condo, the room was super easy to access from the parking lot, quick access to the beach and pool area. Wonderful view from the balcony! To update the earlier review of someone saying the balcony door locks did not work. They were fixed and work when we went! Bathtub in master had stains that were dingy, the bed shook and hit the wall every time you roll over. Also, if you have Little ones. Make sure the first thing you do is remove 15, 1000 piece puzzles from the drawers and put away. Haha but would definitely book again!"

"My money will be spent elsewhere next year! Expected more from a condo! Sounded reasonable until multiple fees were added on! Beds hard and uncomfortable-pillows flat and hard. Walls scratched up. Chairs in living room had fabric ripped off of them. Decorative pillows were old and dirty looking. The dual coffee maker was not dual though we found the box for a new one which was empty Master bedroom shower drains slowly. The bedroom by the main door has a window with blinds and a sheer curtain with a light outside all night long. Beware if you have young children who usually sleep in darkness! And the WORST thing. Our door to the patio wouldn’t close one night. I talked to the Phoenix V people who said they would call someone. After no one arriving I found an 800 number for the leasing company and someone did come about two hours after asking for help. He got the door back on the track and we assumed he locked it. The next day we discovered the door doesn’t lock and this is why there was a broomstick in the track. Also on the patio are a table and four chairs. Two of these chairs have portions of the legs broken off and were unusable. There were two plastic Adirondack chairs out there also that were ok. Very disappointed!"

"Beds were very clean, but condo was not very upkept. Paint touch-ups, presented as 3 bedrooms but was only 2 bedroom, sliding door did not lock, so if windy it was like hearing a jet engine. Awaken several mornings by crying children or lawn mowing or construction. Couches were faux leather, serious peeling, walls in dining room severe damage, Toilet in master bath a child's toilet."

"Unit 116 at the Phoenix V is in a great location. Its located on 1st floor, so you can walk right in from the parking lot. This was beneficial to my mother is on Oxygen. It faces the Ocean, has a great balcony. Early morning sun on the balcony so you can enjoy it from the very beginning of the day. I loved sitting on it and watching the crane wait for a hopeful fish from the early fisherman or the young athletic people running on the beach or the cries from the seagulls. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa. A stocked kitchen, we only had to buy food. We were convenient to restaurants, shopping and fun for the kids."

"This unit had a very nice location right on the beach. Loading and unloading was very easy since the back of the unit is ground level. It had everything in the kitchen we needed except a mop. The layout worked well with 2 teens and they loved the basketball court and workout room. The reason we rated this average is it was over priced. The unit was not very clean, we found cheese under the master bed and lots of food under the furniture in the living room and spills all over the sides of the furniture. The comforters were filthy and units should not be using comforters anymore. It was basically surface clean. Also, 2 of the chairs on the deck were broke and one was tied down so we couldn't move it out of the way. The remotes in the master bedroom did not work even when I put in new batteries. The patio doors and front door do not seal which makes a whistling through the whole unit when the wind blows. The lock on the main patio door was also broke. I had to plunge each of the bathtubs to get them to drain. The unit is very dated and so with that and all these issues we felt the unit was ok but way over priced. The whole building needs upgrades. We would stay here again and a much lower rate."

"While the location was fabulous, that was the only thing fabulous. I checked several things before booking during coronavirus, and was pleased this unit would not have any comforters during our stay. When we checked in, surprise, comforters. When I called management, they said that ended August 1. Our stay started August 10. Nothing noted this change in our pre vacation communications. So that was disappointing. Then the tv in the front bedroom didn’t work. But we are trying to social distance so did not want anyone to come in and fix it. So we didn’t get to use that. And I referenced what coffee maker would be in this unit before going because we were bringing all our groceries with us to avoid grocery store, and when I arrived, it was not the maker described and had to go to grocery and get filters and coffee. It’s obviously not the end of the world, but for a family that is trying to avoid others during COVID 19, this was frustrating. The cleaning wasn’t phenomenal, there were gnats in the kitchen our whole stay - gross. There was a full ashtray on the back patio, and the rugs didn’t look vacuumed. The unit itself, needs a MAJOR upgrade. There are so many patches of paint on the walls trying to fix chips and such. Blinds are missing from the master and doesn’t block the sunlight so you wake up at 6am. The furniture is run down. The pool was dingy and rundown. The splash area was fun for my kids. I have no idea how this unit has four stars. I will say location is perfect and accessing the beach is easy. We will not be staying here again."

"Location was awesome on the ground floor! No elevator needed! (great during a pandemic) View was awesome and condo was just as described. Rooms were very spacious and far apart from each other with lots of room in between! Location is great we went shopping on a rainy day at the wharf... only 10-15 min drive! Our family will definitely be back for another visit!"

"The condo was conveniently located on the first floor for easy access from parking lot for loading and unloading car but beach side was elevated with balcony for overlooking the beach and pools below. The condo was clean but could use a little updating however that did not impact the stay. We truly enjoyed staying here and will most definitely stay here again. The washing machine seemed to be going out but management was notified for it to be fixed before any future guests stay. I loved that the boardwalk was a short distance onto the beach, makes access easier with children. The small children really enjoyed the splash pad!"

"We came for a getaway following the death of my brother in law and recent surgery for my daughter. The condo was great. The only downside was the weather (not the condos fault) and the indoor pool was closed for renovation! So we never swam."

The property management company was great when notified of a loud party upstairs on the weekend and put a stop to it. The pool was great. The cookout grills were cleaned thoroughly every morning. Overall, we would stay here again gladly."
