Description

The spacious three-bedroom, two-bath house is situated in the heart of Gulf Shores, within a residential area mere minutes from the beaches and walking distance to local parks. Meyer Park is within easy walking distance, providing excellent amenities for families, including playgrounds, gazebos, barbecue areas, basketball courts, and a baseball field.
The property boasts two front decks for outdoor relaxation and a screened porch at the back for additional leisure space. It offers ample room for boat parking and provides internet and WIFI for all your connectivity needs.

Indoors, the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and bar seating are downstairs, along with a cozy living room featuring a TV, DVD player, and satellite TV. The master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and TV, as well as a double vanity sink and walk-in shower in the en suite bathroom, is also located downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed with two full mattresses and a full trundle, with linens provided.

Perfect for large groups or families, this house offers a delightful setting for your dream vacation.
Winter season reservations for January and February, if booked before October 1st, necessitate a minimum 60-day stay. Post-October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, subject to unit specifications.

Professionally managed by Poole & Associates,
this property requires Vehicle Registration Tags available for purchase on-site, with a limit of 2 cars. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essentials.

Guests must be at least 25 years old and present photo ID at check-in. Dogs are welcome, with a $225 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a maximum of two dogs. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Contact us for monthly "Snowbird" rates available from November through February.

"House was very beautiful and clean, very close to all the attractions, park for kids was in walking distance. My granddaughters made friends with the neighbors daughter. This property is definitely on our list for our next trip to Gulf Shores. Also the Rental office was very nice during check in and check out. we has 5 adults, 5kids and an infant and we were all comfortable, This house was very spacious and the back patio was a plus. Enjoyed a night of grilling out in the backyard. Just q wonderful week. Everthing was within 12min or less from the house. Beaches (Orange/Gulf Shores) Waterville and the Track, and all the best restaurants and parks"

"Overall it was an ok stay. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but thought it would be in better shape than it was for the price paid. Items that we weren’t happy about aren’t things that could of been fixed in a timely manner (only a 5 night stay) therefore it was not worth calling the property management at the time. There was a used bandaid left on the stairs which made it clear things weren’t cleaned to a high standard. The carpet has been replaced on the stairs going up as I have seen previous reviews stating how bad the carpet was, but they stopped at the top step and left terrible carpet up on the landing and throughout the upstairs. The yard was in pretty poor shape, there was a broken clothing security tag in the front law that looked like it was sitting awhile. One of the front outdoor lights is hanging on by literally like 2 wires (exposed wire at that). The front porch was in poor shape - railing was broken. Blinds were in broken and had missing areas of blinds. The curtains that were up didn’t even cover the window completely (and were terribly stained). Driveway has a LARGE buckle in it and in order to park in the back of the house you must go over that buckle that would likely damage a smaller vehicle. The property needs updated for sure. I’d stay again, but would not stay for the price. I would encourage the owners to invest into the property and fix these things because the home does have great potential."

"The owner of this property is all about putting money in his pocket and not into the property. Pot's and pans bent up and some missing handles. Did not have some basic kitchen utensils. The grill was a $30 grill that was filthy. The driveway has uneven concrete that almost ripped the bottom of my daughter's car off. The master bedrooms bed was so uncomfortable. Closet doors were falling off. Carpet was all stained up and living room furniture was very worn. This could be a very nice vacation home if the owner would put a little bit of the money back into the home. The owner should be embarrassed about what horrible shape this property is in."

"The house is definitely spacious, multiple bedrooms.. location was perfect! The house was not as clean as it should have been, LEGO’s under the couch, dog bones on closet floor, something icky under the kitchen table… we washed all utensils prior to use to be safe…neighbors we very friendly, park right down the street. Overall good stay"

"This is a nice little place to stay if the beach isnt your thing. Pretty clean, just a bit dated. Beds were nice. Microwave was a challenge. Overall a good place to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood and no stairs to get inside. Had an issue with the cable package which was promptly resolved. No complaints, we would stay here again."

"Near Beach House was so centrally located it was easy to get every where. Everyone at Poole & Associates were so helpful. Our time spent there was relaxing. Our dogs loved laying on the screen porch. We also had plenty of room for guest. My only complaint would be the queen size bed in the master bedroom, needs a king size. We'll see you again next winter. Loved it"

"We were a little worried about enough room but to our surprise there was plenty! We came with 8 children and they all had a place to sleep. The house was perfectly placed for quick access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend is having things in the house we would use like garbage bags, dish soap, sponges, hand soap. We had to buy all of this and just left it for the next person."
