Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Two parking passes are allowed per reservation, with a maximum of 2 cars. Boat trailers are not permitted. Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of essential items.

Policies:
Rental applicants must be at least 25 years of age, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking is permitted. Dogs are welcome, with a non-refundable pet fee of $225 per dog, maximum of 2 dogs.

"It was a very simple checkin process we showed up after hours. Very simple instructions. Everything was clean. Everything worked in condo. No issues until a water heater broke upstairs this was after hours. Someone was there within 30 minutes to get water heater shut off upstairs. Had to have servepro put fans and dehumidifier in. But the office was great. Called me promptly next morning. They sent extra towels. They gave me credit for inconvenience without even asking. Overall I would rent from them again this was undoubtedly out of their control! Great property."

"I loved the area of the rental property. It was so close to everything but far enough to be able to relax too. The property was clean but it did have an unpleasant smell. I called the cleaning crew because the check in documents said that if I had any problems with cleanliness to call them. I called the number in the check in documents and the lady told me that the smell was probably because it was a pet friendly property but she would call the property office to have maintenance bring me some plug ins. We stayed in the property for 5 days and the plug ins never for there. The property was clean and well maintained but all the furniture, decore and linen need to be updated."

"Overall good property first time renting with this manager but have been to property before love it! Everything we need and more. Arrived late because of traffic so did after hours check in. Only thing would suggest is an 11am checkout as we felt really rushed to be out by 10am cleaners showed up before then."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Laguna Breeze E! Our arrival was delayed due to weather and traffic but we simply called the office and made arrangements to obtain our check-in packet once we arrived. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The washer was not working so we notified the office right away and was informed that it had already been reported by the previous renters and that the repair man was scheduled to fix it the next day. Sure enough, the next day we received a call from the office that the repair man was on his way and the washer was fixed! The king size bed was super comfortable and provided much needed rest after exploring the Gulf Shores area each day. The pool was cleaned daily and used for a relaxing dip at the end of the day. We did a lot of cooking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including three slow cookers. The televisions were equipped with cable (an extensive number of channels) and apps including YouTube. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely consider staying at Laguna Breeze E and/ or renting from Poole again."

"My family was very satisified with our stay in the apartment rental. EVERYTHING was extremely clean and smelling nice. The beds were very soft and we all slept well. Even though we brought items to bathe with, it was a nice surprise to see packaged soap. There were plenty of items to use to clean up dishes and the floor if we made a mess anywhere. I LOVED the walking path, which we took twice a day. I felt very safe. The rental was also close to restaurants and grocery stores. My family took a short drive down to the fishing beach which gave plenty of space to all families enjoying the water. I look forward to returning. The only concern we had was that we heard quiet a bit of stomping around on the balcony above our unit but they were respectful not to disturb us not too late at night or not to early in the morning."

"This place is advertised as a condo, but it's more like an apartment. It's off the coast line beach, but in a quite little neighbor that's good for walking or bike riding. Very clean and comfortable place."

"We fled the Seagrove area due to Hurricane Michael. We are eternally grateful to the property managers for renting Laguana Breeze to us for 3 nights. There was an amazing walking trail in front of the condo and a grocery store around the corner. Someone cleaned the pool each morning and we were the only people using the pool."

There are 2 outside patios, which were perfect for coffee and reading in the portable hammock I brought. I recommend this unit to couples or a small family"
