This fantastic one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo offers a prime location and stunning views from the balcony, providing the perfect vantage point for witnessing both sunrise and sunset from your patio. The beautifully appointed master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a master bathroom with double sinks for your convenience. In the hallway, you'll discover a set of twin bunk beds built into the wall, offering additional sleeping space. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. A washer and dryer are thoughtfully provided within the unit, and fresh linens ensure your comfort. The fully stocked kitchen caters to your culinary needs during your stay at this lovely condo.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Tropic Isles is professionally managed by Poole and Associates.

Parking passes are essential and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly, with a maximum of two parking passes allowed per reservation, accommodating up to two cars. Linens are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

"The actual unit was fine, could stand some updating. We were not informed at the time we booked that the complex was under construction. When we arrived, the pool was covered with plywood, men going past our balcony up and down the building, drilling, hammering, etc. We had gone down to get away from that because our house is being repaired. Overall we had a good stay, just wished we had been told ahead of time."

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the large balcony and easy access to the beach. It's a smaller condo building (I don't mean small condo), so that means that there are fewer guests sharing the beach front compared to the larger complexes. Plenty of things to do for everyone within walking distance or short drive. In the condo there's one king bed with full bath. The kids beds are bunks and NOT full length. They would be appropriate for kids under 5' tall. The couch is a fold out bed. 2nd bathroom is toilet / sink only. Lots of room in the dining and living area. Nice, new appliances. The beach was very clean and the pool was nice as well. I like that the pool has steps to get in on one end. Poole and Associates were nice to work with also. Would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful time. This is the third time we stayed at Tropic Isles and each time was great. The building is not as large as others so there is good parking and access to the elevator. All suites have a balcony overlooking the beach which was our favorite part. Having coffee in the morning and evening is very enjoyable with the view of the surf and the sound of the waves. We have seen dolphins in the shallow water very close to shore. If you're lucky and have a low tide in the daytime hours, the water is as clear as an aquarium and you can see fish and other life swimming very close to shore. Great stay and a great time. We'll be back!"

"We rented this condo the week Hurricane Isaac was in the Gulf, so we only had a couple of days before an evacuation notice was issued. The condo was perfect though, with nice furnishings and a direct view of the beach! It's also within walking distance of many restaurants and bars so you don't have to drive. The owners were also very prompt in refunding our money due to the evacuation order. Thanks, we'll be back next year!"
