This completely renovated unit is perfect for a couple or even just one. The studio style floor plan allows for ease of upkeep and a very cozy atmosphere. Throw yourself on the comfortable couch or chair and enjoy watching entertainment on your new flat screen TV. The newly remodeled kitchen provides a nice place to prepare and serve any meal. The curved rod shower curtain provides extra space and comfort.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

"We have stayed here twice this year and I highly recommend you stay here also. We was in building 6 on the back of the property and it was quite even though our stays were on memorial and Labor Day weekend. Facility was clean and staff was great!"

"The pull out bed slept good. The cooking utensils and several plates needed to be washed before using. The were dirty in the cabinets. Skillets need updating. The unit needs a hair dryer."

"Uncomfortable furniture. However, uncomfortable furniture seems to be a common complaint among most other renters we've spoken to over the past couple of years. With that being said, we'll be back next year in a different unit. The heated pool, beach, and other amenities make El Matador a nice place to visit."

"We came to celebrate a wedding. This room was perfect. The facility is super clean, quiet and very laid back atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this room and this condo facility. The pool was nice, the beach was amazing. Door dash does not venture to This location but postmate and Uber eats does. No issues with those nor transport to and from airport from our condo. Super comfy bed, perfect size for a couple. Up to date appliances and bathroom. 5 stars from us all around"

"My daughter and I stayed in a studio unit at El Matador for one week in July 2021. I picked the place because the rest of my extended family was staying at the Bella Riva, which was walking distance. (I didn't want to have to rent an extra car.) But our time at El Matador exceeded my expectations. The unit was charming, spacious, and very clean. (I think we had about as many bath towels as my family did in a 3-bedroom unit!) The sofa and chairs in the living room space were a bit worn, but the king-size mattress in the bedroom space was super comfortable. We spent a great day in the large rectangular pool by our building. (We did not swim in the one near the beach.) I appreciated having the 24/7 guard, and our building (one of the two-story ones) was very quiet. I would definitely return."
