This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

"What an amazing week! Beautiful weather, lots of sun not too hot. Just perfect. The condo was fantastic. Very clean and well taken care of. The view was fantastic. Master bedroom was great. Would like to see a king bed in the other room instead od 2 twin beds. We travel a lot with another couple. I would definately recommend this condo. We have stayed at Beachcrest several times and never been disappointed."

"Experienced user of VRBO for a decade. This property is managed by a company you will have immediate assistance from. My issue is that the unit was on the higher end of pricing due to the 'stunning' remodel in an old condo building, yet the floors turned out feet black and there was not a stitch of kitchen items (no napkins, no salt/pepper, oil, nada). This is becoming more frequent with large management companies I'm sure. I would pay more next time for a high level VRBO with more than 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. Chincy is what I would describe it as. You just need to bring everything you might need so plan on driving or hitting the grocery store for toilet paper."

"We always enjoy staying at Beachcrest. One complaint this year was that the TV in the master bedroom would not connect to internet so we couldn’t stream. The TV is the spare bedroom did not work at all. After a long day on the beach, we like to relax with some TV. We sent concerns but could not get any assistance from management. The condo amenities other than the TV were great!"

"Nice condo. Recently updated kitchen. Loved being so close to the beach and especially liked that the chairs and umbrella were included with the rental. Only issue is the condo smells like mold and is very damp. A friend was staying one floor up and her condo did not have this issue. They may need to install a humidifier or something. We kept the door closed as sign stated yet the place always felt damp. And the smell was stronger in the guest bathroom/bedroom.

"The unit had a nice parking lot that allowed us to park easily. Our unit was located on the third floor. The rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and provided all of the amenities we would need for our weekend stay. We were minutes from the beach and once on the beach, we were able find beach chairs with an umbrella. At one point, there was a major rain, and the property manager texted us to move our car to higher spot in parking lot and also dropped off batteries for our tv remote. I would absolutely return to this rental unit. The location was ideal for our group-we drove to most spots but a person easily could have walked or rented bikes to get around."

"Floors in condo were filthy! Our feet were black! Did not have enough linens for 4 people to take a shower! I was told condo does not come with washcloths to bathe with. Also management refused to reimburse my cleaning fee. Would not recommend this unit if this management company can not take care of what they are paid to do!"

"The BeachCrest property overall was decent. The location, the beach area and chair service, the parking lot, and the pool area were all good. The issues we had were with the specific unit 305. I feel the pictures of this unit are deceiving and show an updated look, which the unit didn't look bad but the condition of the furniture and cleanliness were less than desirable. The floors clearly were not wet cleaned/mopped, only swept. After a shower, you walk barefoot in the unit and your feet will be basically black from dirt. There were drip stains on the floor and some cabinets of what appeared to be ice cream to start with. The LR furniture is very old, have been sun faded and there are stains on the chairs and kitchen stools. The furniture is not comfortable and all need to be replaced. The master bed squeaks no matter where you sit or each time to roll over when lying on it. Needs replaced. The bathrooms are tiny, master bathroom sink drains slowly, and shower has little water pressure. The closet door tracks in the master BR are rusty looking but were functional. The screen door to patio is not in good condition, hard to slide and screen is torn so will not keep bugs out in current condition. The laundry accordion doors need lubed so they don't squeak as well. I will say you get many notifications from mgmt co. asking how the stay is and how to reach out if you need anything. However, I chose not to reach out to the mgmt co. about these items because I felt there was really no recourse or action on these items that would make my stay better. Maybe they will make these updates and clean it better going forward for future renters. For the spring break price I paid, it definitely was disappointing and not worth the cost. At a lesser, normal rate, it would be easier to swallow the condition of the unit. I will not choose to stay here again."

"The condo was a great location with the pool and beach. The condo itself was dirty. The wooden blinds in the room where my daughters stayed were broken and would not close. I called and left a message. Nothing was addressed. Several of the drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms were warped and would not close. The bathroom outside near the pool was very dirty. The condo only supplies with 1 roll of toilet paper. 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 trash bags for an entire week. We purchased additional supplies and had to waste the extras."

"The balcony was dirty when we arrived. Sand all of the ground and food and hair on the table on the balcony. Kinda a turn off. When we arrived I asked the cleaning crew that I saw near the elevator and asked where the carts were located to haul our stuff to our room. They told me they did not have any. We found them later. That should be stated in the welcome packet instead of wondering aimlessly through the parking lot after traveling for 10 hours."

"We loved this area. The atmosphere was so relaxing instead of crowded. My only problem was that the mattresses on the twin beds need to be replaced. I could hardly move after sleeping on it so I started sleeping with my 85 year old mother in the master bedroom. Everything else was wonderful and the condo was beautiful."

"The newly renovated beach themed condo was very nice! The balcony view was wonderful of the beach and ocean. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella were great to have every day at the beach. We liked how close restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and ice cream shops were in location to us. The elevators were quick. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pictures online were exactly what the condo looked like. The check-in/out was easy with the Hospitality app. The app also gave me codes to the condo and beach/pool access and other information. My family and I had a nice stay here!"

"This unit is beautifully decorated and has an incredible view of the ocean. It was very cold while we were there and it was so nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the waves without having to go all the way down to the beach. You can hear the waves beautifully from this unit as well. It's convenient to so much good food, as well. I highly recommend eating at Café 30A. It's only about a one minute walk from the condo. Communication with benchmark management company is a 10 scale of five. The property was spotless and they communicated numerous times with us during our trip to make sure things were going well. I will definitely stay here again!"

"305 is a lovely unit. The kitchen, however, has a brand new induction glass stove top, and we had to call the office and maintenance —both of whom were so very pleasant and helpful—to make sure we used it correctly—you have to use stainless steel, no aluminum! Also, the bedrooms each have decent sized closets, but there is limited drawer space in the bedrooms. All in all, it is a nicely-decorated, clean unit—one in which we will stay again!"
