PLEASE NOTE: Phoenix VI resort will undergo an elevator modernization project starting Monday, August 12th, with an anticipated completion date of mid-March 2025. At this time construction noise should be expected, although the main concrete cutting will only take place on the first day - August 12th - in the elevator equipment room and on the 15th-floor elevator landing.

Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

"502 was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. (dishes, baking dishes and pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa was very flat and uncomfortable. I get that part of that is because it’s a sleeper sofa. My husband just can’t get comfortable in the evenings. A high backed chair with a footstool or even a cheep lazy boy would be nice. The Beach Getaways staff was very nice and helpful. Will be back next year. Going back to a two bedroom. Just more room to store all are stuff and the extra bathroom is nice since my husband is up at the crack of dawn."

"We enjoyed drinking our coffee out on the balcony every morning watching the boats go out from the jetty. We also saw dolphins. It was very relaxing reading out on the balcony listening to the waves. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The view of the beach from inside our room was great too. "Several points 1.0. One of the dining chairs forward cross brace was missing. Suggest you fix that 2.0 the fan in the bedroom is unbalanced and we could not operate it afraid the light would fall out. Also made excessive noise 3.0. The air conditioner blows waaaaaay to powerful. You freeze. Or you sweat no happy medium"

"As you walk into the Pheonix 6, unit 502, you can't imagine what awaits you. It was the perfect size for our group, the whole place was freshly cleaned, the decor was warm and welcoming, and the bed was so comfortable, it made sleeping-in easy. The fold-out sofa was not used, but I liked that it was available. They thought of everything in the kitchen, every utensil, cooking accessory and the best blender for those mid-day margaritas. The sand is like flour. The ocean is so calm. All you need is a beach chair and a Piña Colada. The heavenly view from the balcony seems like a mirage and will make your heart leap. This was the perfect vacation. The best part was simply chilling on our balcony, looking out at the gulf and watching for dolphins. I can't wait to go back!"
