When you are daydreaming of an escape from your routine, BeachCrest 503 is here for fun and relaxation. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is on the 5th floor and has everything you need for a great beach getaway.

BeachCrest 503 can accommodate up to 8 guests and includes free seasonal beach setup, a Gulf-front community pool plus a great location central to all of South Walton's famous beach communities.

Everyone will enjoy the Gulf views from the main living areas. Even the chef in your group can enjoy the views as they whip up everyone's favorite snacks. Additionally, a coffee bar with complimentary K-cups, creamer, and tea is provided. Both bedrooms include TVs to make winding down at the end of a beach day a breeze.

Bedroom 1: King bed, tv and balcony access. Private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: Twin over Full bunk with a single trundle, and tv. Easy access to shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You'll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

Seagrove Beach
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

"Condo was disgusting- dirty and mold everywhere! Ceilings walls were moldy. Black mold! The smell was awful. Only thing offered was a fan ! This property needs to be avoided! Benchmark offered a 10 % refund only. They were not responsive and neither was VRBO. Terrible experience!"

"The place was nice. However, as soon as we got there we could smell mildew. Three days in we noticed mold on the walls near the ceiling in living room and bedroom. We did have an issue with the air conditioner and maintenance came up promptly to help us with the air conditioner. I believe one towel and one wash cloth is unacceptable for a 5 day stay. However, we went to the main location of Benchmark and they did give us 3 more wash cloths and 3 towels. much appreciated. I would personally give more towels and wash clothes in units. There were 3 of us staying in the room."

"BeachCrest the building is great but Unit 503 could use an overhaul. The furniture needs major updating and all kitchen plates/utensils need replacing. The air conditioning in the king bedroom hardly works. Perhaps the vents need cleaning and the tub drain easily backs up during use - gross. The sofa makes noises when you sit in it; a sinking sound of sorts. Benchmark management was disappointing. We have used them several times in the past however this time around the reservation process was frustrating given we booked last only 3 weeks out. Getting anyone on the phone let alone returning a call is inexcusable. The location is great and the beach is second to none. Both Benchmark Management and Unit 503 could use a good gutting though."

"We love staying at Beachcrest. It is a great location, ample parking, nice grounds, and the staff woman we talked to one morning was very friendly and was working hard cleaning up the area. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaints are the unit's bathroom was outdated and tiny and hard to move around in, but it has a wonderful view and that is the reason we book at Beachcrest."

"Good space, good location, good amenities. We truly enjoyed the condo, and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was spacious and well used by us. The overall property was clean. The condo in particular did not look as if the cleaning crew finished before we arrived- and we had a late arrival. Countertops and furniture was gritty, and cellophane candy wrappers around the condo. Linens, bed and bath were clean. The beach service was good, the attendant kept the beach clean and was very personable. We would stay here again&xD83D;&xDE00;"

"We were disappointed in the condition of our condo, to the extent that we are requesting at least a 25% refund on the price we paid for our stay.

Upon arrival the first evening, we noticed that the floors were wet. The furniture was damp (your clothes felt wet when you got up). The air was heavy with humidity. There were even puddles of water in the wine glasses that we used from the cabinet. The bedding in the master bedroom was wet and we noticed a large stain the next morning. The next day we reported our concerns to Elana. A maintenance man came and checked the HVAC (replaced filter), door seals and (maybe) sprayed something. The excessive humidity persisted. The following day we requested a dehumidifier. One arrived that afternoon and ran continuously for the next 24-30 hours. It was very loud. The discharge tube ran across the dining room floor into the master bedroom bathroom where it coiled around the sink discharging its contents.

We had a few other problems, which normally we wouldn’t have reported: (1) Vent fan does not work in master bath; (2) toilet in guest bath was running and maintenance repaired that while there addressing the humidity issue; (3) the bi-fold door by w/d is very difficult to close.

I would like to say that Elena (sp?) in the office was very attentive to our needs and did everything she could to fix the problems."

"My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay in this condo. The Ocean / beach views were gorgeous and we especially loved the palm tree that was always waving to us when we entered the unit as well as it could be seen when I woke up in the morning in the master bedroom. This location is close to so much in renting bicycles when you don’t want to drive was perfect. The convenience to the gorgeous beach as well as pool was something I will always insist upon. We also loved the shaded balcony."
