PLEASE NOTE: Phoenix VI resort will undergo an elevator modernization project starting Monday, August 12th, with an anticipated completion date of mid-March 2025. At this time construction noise should be expected, although the main concrete cutting will only take place on the first day - August 12th - in the elevator equipment room and on the 15th-floor elevator landing.

"This unit exceeded our expectations. Updated nicely and plenty of kitchen supplies. I liked the large TVs. Coffee maker is a Keurig coffee maker. It has a nice balcony and also large windows for viewing the ocean & beach. I have to give a thumbs up to the Beach Getaways staff. The rental process was very straight forward and easy. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay there again."

"We had an issue with the sofa bed being broken when we got there. It wasn’t fixed until the day before we left.. there was a exposed tact strip in the carpet leading to the bathroom, the rusted tact stabbed my toe."

"We arrived Sunday 4th of July eve. Check in was easy on the iPad in the room. Took awhile to get the parking pass because only 1 person was working. 4 elevators for the whole place and they were very slow and sometimes had long waits. Room was nice. Decor is dated but comfortable and clean. Ac worked great. There were no condiments. Sometimes they’re left behind but there wasn’t here. Had salt and pepper shakers, but salt was empty. Upstairs folks were really loud and scraped things across the floors a lot. May have been the slider door but it was loud. 2nd bathroom toilet clogged the first night. We called maintenance and we’re told since it wasn’t an emergency they couldn’t come until Tuesday since it was a holiday weekend. So we shared 5 people with 1 toilet. My hubby finally plunged it for 5 minutes on Monday and it started working. There was a plunger there which is probably a sign that there are issues with it as the master bath didn’t have one. The direct tv remote didn’t work so we weren’t able to watch it the whole time and we had no internet the first morning we were there. When I called they said because it was the 4th it was busy. All in all the phoenix vi was in a great location, but I’d probably stay in a different building all together."

"Wanted a getaway and this was a great one. Beach was easy to get to, pool was very clean and was enjoyable for a Fourth of July weekend. I was not planning on cooking but the room had a slow cooker, air fryer, and amazing pots making it easy to cook a few meals. Would easily stay hear again. "The condo had all the amenities you would need to stay in your own home. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were spacious. Sofa is a pullout. We enjoyed the view from the balcony while having coffee and breakfast and lunch. The resort was lovely, not crowded at all. Indoor pool and spa was fantastic for getting out of the sun and still being able to play in the water. The outdoor was clean and we spent hrs having a good time. The beach was just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to orange beach."

"Phoenix 6 is nice as the condo’s balconies are all beach side. The board walk to the beach is not a long walk and is convenient for families with small children. Indoor and outdoor pool and hot spas are lovely and clean. Condo 6504 was clean. Pillows and mattresses were very comfy. We enjoyed the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Water pressure in showers were good. The vanity sink & tub in the master bath was very slow to drain. However only a minor issue. We would stay here again.;)"

"Unit 504 has the most well stocked kitchen that I have seen in a condo rental. My sister I enjoyed the clean unit with gulf view. The balcony was not as private as I would like but I was very pleased with this condo. Decor was just right and updated. Size was perfect for beach trip. "The condo was spacious and clean, very nice decor and not dated. The kitchen had a great setup of dishes/cutlery to use. We didn't hear a lot of noise around us (yes please!). Loved the location and easy access to pool and beach. Our only issue while there was that the wi-fi was pretty touch or go. Of course there always end up being smokers on some of the other balconies - I wish there was better enforcement of the smoke free policy at the Phoenix buildings."
