Getaway to our beautiful 2 bedroom | 2 bath Beachfront Condo. Located on the 8th floor, this condo sleeps 6 and is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. Just imagine yourself on the balcony every morning while sipping your coffee. Or, you can enjoy the fantastic view right from the Kitchen and Living Areas with large floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. There is also a private parking space in the Covered Parking Area with easy access to the elevators, so you never have to search for a parking space and you won't get rained on. And yes, we have a Washer and Dryer in our condo, so you don't have to bring your whole wardrobe! Our condo is truly a place where you can get away from it all. The Water Park/Splash Pad includes: Palm tree with 3 dumping bananas, pirate sloop, ship bow with jets and cannon, beached boat slide, and more!

Orange Beach, AL is a family-friendly beachfront town. This condo is conveniently located on the beach (no roads to cross over to get to the beach). Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, gift shops, marinas, bars and convenience stores. Some local activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

"The condo was as advertised with a great view. The location was very good. Long waits for elevators. We had issues with the TVS. Two remotes for each and it was difficult finding what services were included. The TV in the second bedroom was tiny."

"We had an absolute blast! The condo was clean and management worked with us to secure an extra day. The only negative thing was that the kitchen needed more dishes/ silverware/ cookware. Several things were missing from what Brett Robinson used to require us to keep in our family owned condos. So I would assume the lists are about the same. Kitchen could use some attention."

Only 3 things that would have made it better, medium size fey skillet, couch in living roomwas uncomfortable, needs to be replaced, beds in bedroom with 2 beds were very squeaky. Overall very nice. Nice bathrooms and plenty of garbage bags and toilet paper and paper towels. We will hopefully be able to book again on our yearly Orange Beach trip."

"We have been in this unit for 3 years and will be coming back to 804 next year. Very clean, nice appliances, good beds. The washer was filling up on its own and we called and they delivered a new washer/dryer. Very good response on everything. We really appreciate Beach Get-aways. If I had anything negative to say~~it would be the couch. We put bed pillows under the cushions to prevent falling down in so to speak. The recliner is great~~the blue chair not so good, did not want anyone to sit on it as its legs are not very sturdy. Love the balcony and furniture there is great."

"The unit was very dirty and in need of repairs. Lights were out, linens were stained, furniture was covered in dust and grime, and the furniture is well used. We contacted the property managers and worked out an agreement to stay at the property versus moving during our vacation. The location is the best feature as it’s quick access to popular stores and restaurants. Easy access to beach. Will not be using this unit or management group again."

"Truly enjoyed our stay in unit 804. Location was phenomenal. Unit was clean and decorated cute. The pool and little pirate splash pad was a huge win for our us and our 5 year old. Information pertaining to the unit could be updated though. On the site we booked through it said checkout was at 11 but upon arrival we found it was at 10 (not a big deal but still). SoU d on one of the tvs was going in and out so we contacted maintenance. They said they would ensure it was noted but was not able to fix while we were there. Otherwise I would highly recommend this unit. Our family made some great memories while here."

"We stayed for five nights. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the beach was spectacular. I loved getting up in the early morning and looking out onto the ocean to find dolphins swimming by. This was to be a non-smoking room, but we had neighbors who smoked which made it difficult to sit out on the balcony sometimes. Also, toward the end of the week, the beach became more crowded with the families visiting for the weekend. I do not recommend going to the Walmart down the road. We had a hard time maneuvering the aisles due to the many people who were shopping. There is a Publix further down that is clean and reasonable. We loved the food at Mike's, Doc's, and Cosmos. Overall, the experience was wonderful, the beach was beautiful and we will definitely go again."
