Sea Dunes Resort, unit 103 is a beautiful beachfront, full 3 bedroom condo with beach and pool access. The private patio of Sea Dunes Resort, unit 103 offers beautiful ocean views (Gulf of Mexico) as well as privacy. Sea Dunes Resort, unit 103 comes complete with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 baths, living and dining area, pullout sleeper sofa, Cable TV, WiFi, and much more. A king size bed in the master suite with TV, as well as large master bath. The second bedroom offers an inviting Queen size bed with TV, and a third room has bunk beds with full-thickness twin mattresses. Unit 103 is located on the second level with a direct view of the ocean. All units come with beach service, and full-resort access. Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your very own space in the sand.

This unit is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

"This was our 3rd year in Condo 103 Sea Dunes. My husband, 4 adult children a girlfriend and boyfriend (8 of us) fit fine in the condo. We used all 3 rooms plus the sofa sleeper. Condo is well stocked, and decorated nicely. Stairs to the back balcony are great... no need to take elevator. Covered parking beneath...which was a godsend because a rock blew out our back window on the ride to the beach! Wonderful addition this year was the high balcony chairs. Fabulous view to the beach. We have 2 other families that we go with and they stayed on either side of us, so we were all close. Short boardwalk to beach with complimentary 2 beach chairs. Because we had a large group, George and Jason accommodated us by putting our chairs on the end together at our request. Water was clear most days. We had such a great time that we booked for next year!"

"Second year staying at Sea Dunes. Last year we were on 2nd floor. Moved to 1st floor this year to be next to family in other condos on 1st floor. Can't beat the access to beach...stairs straight from your balcony. No elevator needed. We parked our car right underneath and unpacked right to balcony entrance. Condo was very bright and cheery. Beach access boardwalk is convenient, as is the pool. Tom Thumb very close across small street is very convenient for groceries. Chairs on beach were easy to set up by attendant...tipped extra to have our 6 chairs placed on the end near a canopy we had. Some suggestions to owner is.... much bigger coffee mugs and higher counter height chairs on balcony. Being on 1st floor level obstructs some views of beach due to sand dunes. The other 1st floor condo balconies have these high chairs, so not sure why 103 doesn't have them. Even just 2 would be great! Also can't beat Florida water!"

"Our family of 5 stayed in unit 103 7/19-7/25. We had a wonderful time! Parking: There was plenty of outdoor parking and several covered spots although the covered spots were narrow. There was not a parking attendant or gate, you simply park where you want and place the car tag in your windshield. Unit: Unit 103 was large and comfortable, more than enough room for our family. The AC was cool and the shower pressure was good (also, the water was hot, which is critical to me). The bathrooms were large and there was a lot of closet space. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans (no fan in the front room with bunk beds). The TV in the main living area had several remotes and no instructions, but we were able to figure out how to use it. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen: The kitchen had a good sized pantry and was well stocked in terms of plates, silverware, etc. You will need to bring dish soap, sponge and basic condiments (these are usually included when we stay in condos but not here). Location: Great location. Publix is a mile or 2 down the road and the beach is literally right outside. We chose this unit because it's the ground unit and we could exit our balcony (via a gate and walk almost directly onto the beach. Beach: The beach is gorgeous and the unit comes with an umbrella and 2 chairs. They set them up around 8am-9am and took them down around 4pm. This condo relatively small so the beach never felt crowded with people. Overall, great stay!"

"Please be aware that this is a review for an extended stay at 103 and is based on my personal preferences. We have stayed at five different condos on Okaloosa Island, and this one is the closest to the actual beach. Pros - price couldn't be beat! spacious with 2 bedrooms and a bunk room, beach views are awesome with an easy access to beach by walking down our own private stairs; proximity to restaurants and Destin. Cons - The king bed is a soft mattress, the living room couches, especially the love seat are VERY soft; and dampness and mold are a problem in the winter since the unit is directly above the parking garage. Keep in mind that winter 2020 was abnormally rainy. One suggestion is to add a couple of high top chairs to the balcony. The view could be improved by looking over the balcony railing rather than thru the railing. We left a week early. I would book again for a week, but not for a month or longer."

"The condo was more than expected. It was easy to get to the beach, to the car, and to the pool. I was disappointed in the size of the third bedroom. It was about the size of a closet but my two granddaughters were okay with it. I would stay there again."

"When we arrived at our condo, we were very nervous about our vacation stay. Everything from the parking lot, the small lobby, the horrible smell in the elevator, the pool area, everything reminded us of what you would find if you were staying at a one star motel. But as soon as we walked into our actual room, we were extremely relieved. It was perfect. I don't know if we'll ever stay here again because of the location of the actual room. This owner takes care of his condo but unfortunately the building needs some attention and much needed maintenance and upgrades."

"What a wonderful place to stay! Parking is soooo convenient to the room, made packing in luggage a breeze. The beach access was great. The room way exceeded our expectations - very roomy, super nice and a view that was amazing. We will absolutely try to book this unit when we return. Everything we needed was right there. We would walk to Tom Thumb for milk, eggs, sand toys, basically anything basic you could possibly want or need. While the island is more quiet and peaceful, it was a short drive out to all the activities that Fort Walton and Destin have to offer. The beach was not at all crowded, the pool was nice for the kids, again this unit is above and beyond. Would recommend it to a friend without hesitation."

"We had excellent experience at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It has a very wide balcony with 2 access from the master bedroom and the living room. It also has a private access to the beach, which make it even more convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with every single detail a modern kitchen needs, except for the coffee:) The renting company (Sunset Resorts rentals) was very nice and well organised. They were kind enough to take our laundry to wash it and dry it before they fix the small problem with our own washer. Overall, it is a highly recommended place for big families."

"My family absolutely loved the time we spent in this gorgeous condo. The decor was bright and inviting from the moment we walked through the door. The two main bedrooms were large and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. We were also thrilled to see the laundry room in the condo. It was nice not having to leave to wash clothes. We could tell this condo was professionally decorated and the flip flop accent pieces put smiles on our faces! The proximity of the unit to the beach was perfect. We were on the first level, but it is elevated (above parking), providing a great view and easy access to the beach via a private staircase. Having an umbrella and two beach chairs available was also convenient and appreciated. We are already talking about returning to Fort Walton Beach next year. We hope to have the opportunity to stay in Unit 103 again! Thanks for setting the scene for great summer memories!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Sea Dunes. Our condo was very clean, stocked, and cozy! Great location! Off the busy highway, but super close to everything. Beach was clean and the service was great! Best thing about 103, we had our own private entrance to the beach from the back patio, and we didn't have to use the elevator. The Tom Thumb next door was a great to have too. See you again next year!"
