Description

Spacious one bedroom unit on the fourth floor of building four with outstanding views of the emerald green water. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a great meal on your balcony while you watch the dolphins playing in the water against a gorgeous sunset. The living room has direct access to the large balcony and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that will accommodate 2 people. The bedroom has a king size bed and ceiling to floor windows that offer a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

"When we opened the door to 344 not only were we amazed by the ocean view but also by the elegant and airy decor. The condo met all our needs and we couldn't have been happier. It was so nice waking up to the sound of the waves, heading to the beach for the day and then coming back up to the beautiful cozy condo for watching movies, working a puzzle, and eating a nice dinner. We didn't want to leave! We've stayed at El Matador several times, but this was definitely the nicest unit we've ever stayed in and in the future we'll always try to reserve 344."

"We had a very nice stay at the El Matador. We are repeat customers and look forward to our next stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have always addressed any issues quickly. As I understand it the property is starting a food drop for guests to leave unopened nonperishable food for donation, this is a great idea. I have 2 suggestions that I would like to submit: 1st: A drop box for kid's toys would be nice for families to have. This can be for sandcastles or small wake boards. Keep the amount minimum so it does not get abused. 2nd: A larger military discount might be appropriate. It can be tied into repeat customers to make sure you are getting long term value and pricing for your owners. Thats it for me. Im looking forward to my next visit and thank you to the entire staff for making our stay "excellent"."

"Terrific view. Nice open layout. The kitchen could use a few more cooking items. There were two electrical outlets that weren't working. Also, seemed kind of dark. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again."

"This was great location with a wonderful view! Veryy easy access to the beach, just a few minute walk and your feet are in the sand. The complex had a very laid-back atmosphere perfect for families. The condo & pool were very clean but I would not count on using the pull out couch as a bed it could possibly work for a child but not comfortable enough for an adult to sleep on so keep that in mind. Overall we had a great stay and I highly recommend eating at Stewbys while visiting FWB."

"I didn’t realize I had this email until checking for my confirmation receipt for the trip coming this July. My family went in august of 2021. By October, we had our next trip booked. We did change to a room with a second bathroom, our first had one. Two teen girls and two adults can’t share 1! Lol. Can’t imagine ever even trying somewhere new"

"We always enjoy staying at El matador. This was our first time in unit 344, since we usually stay with my mother in law, which was spacious and well kept. A few additions that would be nice: - (1) extra set of sheets - blankets: The master only had a sheet and the thin comforter - more basics: For a family staying a week, it would be nice to not have to purchase toilet paper or paper towels. 4 per unit seems more realistic of those items vs. the 2 we were given. The only issue with the unit was the sliding door. It was challenging to open and close it. Thank you!"

"This unit has a great view of the gulf. However, the sliding glass door going out to the balcony was extremely hard to open. The bed was not very comfortable, needs a new mattress. The vertical blinds in the bedroom rattled all night when you turn on the ceiling fan. Perhaps curtains would be better than blinds. Would like to see coffee filters furnished. TV in the living room is on the small side. On the plus side, the unit is very roomy."
