This two bedroom, two bathroom villa is located on the south side of SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort just minutes from the beach and overlooking Horsehoe Lake. From the outdoor patio overlooking Horseshoe Lake, and its fountain, it is only steps away from fishing and a nice walk around the lake. The white sandy beach of SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort is a 7-10 minute walk, and the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is only 30 seconds from the villa. The tennis and golf courses of SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort are just minutes away, which makes this centrally located unit absolutely superb.

The living room has a sleeper sofa for extra guests and the back patio offers outdoor seating and a lovely view of Horseshoe Lake. Enjoy cooking a delicious meal for your family in our kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, and ample dinnerware and cookware. There is seating for six guests in the dining area. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs you will find the master suite that overlooks Horseshoe Lake with a pillow top mattress, flat screen TV, plenty of storage and an attached full bathroom with tub shower combo. Down the hall is the guest bedroom with two twin beds, an attached bathroom, and a closet so big that some people put another bed into it. There is also a washer and dryer located upstairs.

SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort offers four 18 hole championship golf courses including Burnt Pine, The Raven , Baytowne and The Links. All offer unique golf challenges and are beautiful courses. Sandestin has a 16 court professional tennis center with clay, grass and hard courts, rated in the top 20 tennis resorts nationwide. The marina with paddle board, jet ski and watercraft rentals, Jolee Island and the multiple tree houses and nature walks are just a part of what this top resort destination offers.

"Exterior and interior (mainly upstairs) needs updating. The location was great, access to pools and beach! Lake in the backyard! Ceiling fan upstairs doesn’t work, box fan provided in closet. Golf cart was nice to have to get around the area! But there is no assigned parking, so made it tricky getting a spot close enough to plug in all the time. People double park the golf carts in also! The patio furniture is in rough shape and lacking! Overall it was a fine place!"

"We have stayed in this area for over 15 years. Inside of this place was very dated. Curtains torn on the back sides. Sheets not clean-bug in bed—not bed bugs. Dead wasp on curtain. Needs a new coat of paint. Remove carpet -not clean. Tram times were weird-first time using because usually have a golf cart for use."

"We had a wonderful time at Beachwalk. The condo was spacious, tastefully decorated and just what we needed for a quick trip to the beach. We stayed here because we had a meeting at the Hilton and didn't want to pay the directly on the beach prices. Condo is very close to the pool and the kids had fun while I was in meetings. The condo is away from the beach, but we were able to drive down and park at the beach. We have rented from skis and seas before and the manager Marcella was available for questions and always very friendly. I'm sure we'll rent from her again."
