Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and shared hallway bath
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, balcony access and private bathroom with dual sinks and shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV and shared hallway bath
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle, TV and shared hallway bath

Head west on Sugar Sand Lane and turn left on Somerset Bridge. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access.

Village of Sugar Beach:
Village of Sugar Beach is in the heart of Seagrove and just short walk across 30A to the sugar sand beaches. This community has no thru streets so there is minimal traffic making it safe for the kids. There is a community pool for the entire family to enjoy. Local shops and favorite restaurants are within walking distance. Minutes away is Deer Lake State Park, offering miles of biking trails. Seaside is only a 1 ½ miles away where you can enjoy events throughout the year.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

"The rental was overall great however, the trash cans were full, the door knob was broken on the side door, and one of the sliding doors were completely broken upstairs, so we were unable to close that door to the bathroom and bedroom. Easy to communicate with the renter, we loved the place overall besides the minor issues"

"This was our first time staying at Pour Some Sugar. We have been coming to the area for almost 30 years and love the area. It was a gears location to the beach even with the private beach mess happening. The new public access will be great. Home was large enough for the extended family. The pool is a great asset to the property as well. We did have a small
Issue with the air conditioning that was fixed the same day at almost 10 pm on a Sunday night. No major issues and will be most likely booking for our vacation next year. Thanks Benchmark for the great customer service."

"House was as described - in great shape and very clean. No issues with WiFi. Third floor was hotter than first two floors but daughter used box fan that was provided. Outdoor pool area was nice however looked like it had not been swept in a while. Pool was nice however skimmer was broken so we could not clean regularly. Asked for a new skimmer and mgmt told me they don’t provide that - would just have to wait on twice week pool cleaning."

"We had no wifi or cable for a week long vacation with 8 kids. Could not use our baby monitors or have the kids watch any Tv. We asked repeatedly to come fix and it took Benchmark days to come out just to walk around outside and say it was the cable company. When we showed up the pool was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. No one checked this house before we arrived to make sure things were in order. For $7,000 you just expect basic things to be working and in order."

The pool was a great place to chill and talk. I wish that whoever made the decision to separate the beach the way they did would reverse the decision. I liked the way it use to be. "Everything was absolutely perfect for our long weekend bachelorette party. The house was more beautiful than the pictures and Benchmark’s attentive service was unmatched. The house itself was perfect for 10 girls. The backyard was large and we loved being able to heat the pool, since it wasn’t quite warm enough the use without it. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were only a short walk to the beach, and only a golf cart ride away from anywhere else we needed to go. The house was very cozy and comfortable and I would definitely recommend to anyone!"

"We had a great time at this house. Our only complaint was the upper bedroom needs its own HVAC. It was hot on the 3rd and the same AC cooled the 2nd floor and they needed blankets. The AC had to work too hard. The rest of the house was great."

"The house was even better than pictured online! So spacious and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the games and the pool was a dream for our two families! I will warn you that if climbing stairs is difficult for you, this may not be the place for you. The location was wonderful! Although the walk to the beach is not far, there is only a small section of public beach right in front of the boardwalk and you have to walk further down to more public access- this made trips with all of our beach gear and little ones in tow pretty treacherous in the heat. Overall this house far exceeded my expectations and I hope to return to this property again!"
