Welcome to 11th floor Gulf-front views at BeachCrest 1102. This 2-bedroom unit is the perfect choice for your next 30A trip - a great spot for a romantic getaway or for a family vacation. You're greeted with brilliant emerald water views from the second you walk in - and you'll enjoy an unobstructed view from your private balcony.

The crisp white modern kitchen opens to the main dining and living areas for effortless entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped to help you create some great food (and even better vacation memories!). There's room for 2 at the peninsula and 6 at the dining table.

Both bedrooms are outfitted with TVs and all 3 TVs in the unit have DVD players. You'll enjoy cable channels in the main living area and master bedroom. Your rainy day entertainment is covered! However, even a rainy day on the beach is better than a day away from the sugar white sands.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You'll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

"Another great experience at BeachCrest. The on property staff at BeachCrest assisted us with our transition into the unit. Most things are within walking distance, so you can park your car and not be required to drive for a few days. 1102 was a good choice and provided everything we needed. Due to the rate increase we may search for a smaller unit."

"It's a wonderful location on the beach. The beach is fantastic and the free beach service is great. The overall building is well maintained. Our unit was just as advertised, very clean an comfortable but the interior is just beginning to show its age (older furniture and electrical outlets and switches are old and showing ware). Would stay here again, but maybe see if another unit is more updated."

Ease of booking and offers the basic amenities, Wi-Fi, beach chairs, relaxing environment, minimal traffic and the availability of a few restaurants within walking distance. "The exterior of the building is horribly maintained and the interior of this unit is even worse! Old dirty furniture. Bedding and pillows are old and worn out. Definitely needs some work to justify the price!"

"Looking for a great condo right on the beach. This is the place. The condo was spotless and the views were amazing. The beach is a private beach and you can fish right off the beach. The only drawback was the 35 steps to get down to the beach but all the locations around there are the same. Will go back there again for sure."

Nice! Elevators worked well. There was always pool chairs and the beach set is nice too. The bed mattresses need replaced."

Only complaint was not everyone respected social distancing regarding the elevator and one family had an entire sound system at the beach playing music so loudly that the other guest couldn't hear their own music. Not everyone wants to hear techno while at the beach."
